Our boxes can include 0-10% Grade B items, this is clear on our website but sometimes missed by inexperienced customers. This customer has received £500.00 of Free sweatshirts in addition to replacements for any fake items found, We covered the shipping charges, Taxes and provided fast customer service to make sure they received the best customer service we can offer! Not a great profit item but some great individual pieces
Unfortunately some products were dirty / stained or missed tags however there are some good individual pieces not sure you would make a great profit on this personal box but would recommend picking your own pieces which is what I will do if I repurchase in future from this company .

Thank you for purchasing Our standard branded sweatshirts X 50 Pieces £400.
In our product descriptions, we make sure to let customers know products are unwashed so some pieces may have stains. You should see a great improvement for any pieces needing a wash, just make sure to add some stain remover to help with the cleaning process.

Customer Placed order on April 9th
Collected on April 10th
Package delivered on April 17th.
The door to door DPD EU delivery service was 5 business days, our website recommends 3-5 business days. The timeline for delivery was met perfectly as our website outlines, any delivery delays will be down to the third party courier, there was no delays with this delivery but if there ever is we recommend contacting the delivery company for an update, please don't leave us a bad review for this.
We record all online orders being packaged for quality assurance purposes. Upon reviewing the footage the customer has received Nylon track pants as ordered. It is unclear 3/4 items have not met our grade but if this is correct, again please contact us back and we will resolve this issue immediately.
Great
Only started out a few months back and tried a few suppliers without being overly impressed. Then I came across the hub and did a video hand pick which was run super professionally and the stock was great. Since then have done a few online orders and again the quality has been spot on, quick delivery also. Myles and the team are really easy to get on with and run a tight ship. My go to supplier now
