Hervorragende Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice

Es hat etwas mit der bürste nicht gestimmt. Es waren die falschen Borsten auf der bürste. Nach kurzem Austausch mit dem Kundenservice würde mir die doppelte Menge als Ersatz kostenfrei zugeschickt !!!
Die Baby bürste an sich ist großartig. Und vor allem auch bpa frei

On the outside of the interdental brush box, it shows a brush head that has a wider base and smaller top. Perfect! When I got these home and opened them they looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the box ! They were a straight brush, same width top to bottom and the worst thing was the quality of them was so shocking all the brushes were bent in half !

they claim to be sustainable and eco friendly, but the tip of the toothbrush is made out of plastic. what's worse is that the fibers bend and fall apart much quicker than for your regular, much cheaper, plastic toothbrush. mine is about to fall apart after 3 days of regular use, and I will have to get a new toothbrush already. this low level of quality and the frequent need for replacement is not sustainable at all.

It literally cleand all the gunk and bulidup from my teeth in just one use. I’d highly recommend for those who smoke and drink coffe. It saved me a tonn of money, now i don’t a dentist. Amezing!

Misleading packaging. No where on their packinging will it mention the bristles on the toothbrush are made from plastic. You think you are getting a natural product but it isn't. What's the point in making the handle from bamboo if you will still end up srubbing miroplastics into your mouth? Only if you search online will you find that their produts are not fully natural. What a completlely pointless complany.

I bought their toothpaste tablets from a third-party seller, but when I got home I noticed they were melted. I reached out to the company directly, and they quickly sent replacements. The tablets work really well, and their customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely order directly from them in the future.

Efter att ha använt deras produkter under flera år vill jag passa på att visa min uppskattning genom att ge detta omdöme.

Kortfattat har de naturliga produkter som både är bra för användaren och är markant mer miljövänliga än de flesta andra produkter. De innehåller naturliga ingredienser och är oftast ekologiska.

För närvarande använder ja deras tandbyglar med dubbla trådar (mer effektiva än de med en tråd), deras tandkräm (flera olika sorter) och munskölj.

Eftersom de gör ett så bra jobb vill jag passa på att ge creds. De rekommenderas för ett bättre och friskare liv!
