Recently returned from the One Life Retreat and what an experience, fantastic setting, excellent content and very well delivered and supported by an excellent support team. We often neglect to spend time on ourselves, this time allowed us to think and explore more about us and our 'One Life' from Yoga and mindfulness to writing to ourselves and being encouraged to be vulnerable.

All this created an excellent environment to grow, guided by Aran we delicately took time to understand our values and what drives us, eventually leaving with our own unique life plan. An excellent trip which I would highly recommend.

I didn’t think I was capable of getting so much out of the retreat so it was fabulous to find I loved it. A lot of hard work but no pain no gain. Lots of deep probing questions that required much self reflection and honesty, vulnerability and openness.
The One Life team were wonderful. They are so warm and friendly and work hard to ensure everything goes to plan.
I would recommend the retreat to anyone wanting to grow and discover their true self whilst having plenty of fun and laughter.

This was a very well organised retreat and it was an amazing experience . The hotel was fantastic and the staff super helpful .

I signed up for what I thought was a £1 online property event, but it turned out to be an in-person seminar somewhere in England. I didn’t attend, and about a week later, I was charged £99 as a “no-show penalty.” This charge wasn’t clearly explained at the time of booking, and when I contacted them, I was told it was in the terms and conditions — but let’s be honest, most people don’t expect to be charged £99 for missing a £1 event.

This feels like a clever way to make money off people who don’t attend, rather than delivering value through actual property education. I've attended a few of Frank’s courses in the past, but after this experience, I’ve lost trust. I’ll be staying away in future — and I’ll be warning others in the property community too.

Aran knows his stuff!
I have been on Aran’s VIP programme for a year, during this time I have witnessed people go from having very little property knowledge to taking confident action and building impressive property portfolios.

Aran is highly skilled at systemising processes enabling those starting with less confidence to move forward safe in the knowledge that checks and balances are built into the system.
Even if you already have significant experience in property investing, I’m confident you’ll gain valuable insights and build a strong network of like-minded peers. I’ve learned an incredible amount over the past year, despite having been a landlord for around 20 years and completing multiple renovations and self-build projects before joining the group.

When I was deciding whether or not to invest in Aran’s training and mentorship, which is a significant investment, I was naturally sceptical about successful people choosing to spend their valuable time teaching. The old adage came to mind, “Those who can, do; those who can’t teach”. However, it has become patently clear to me that Aran is not only a highly successful and active property investor, but also someone who genuinely enjoys helping others grow, whether through technical property education or through personal development and mindset coaching.

In summary, I would highly recommend Aran to anyone serious about becoming a successful property investor.

If you're wondering whether to sign up with Aran or not and you're looking through the reviews, you'll note that the one star reviews are from people that either haven't actually done a course or have done one of the free one-day/weekend courses and they expect the world to change in 24hrs. However the 5-star reviews are all from people that have signed up for the full/paid courses and have actually spent time with - and learnt from Aran. He is a genuinely gifted teacher and an amazing person to be around; his knowledge, patience and energy and second to none.
We would 100% recommend signing up with Aran, you won't regret it.

Amazing, life changing experience on the ‘Mastermind 3 day Intensive’ program! We started our journey with Aran Curry a few months back on his VIP property program and one thing that drew us to working with Aran on our property journey is his belief that mindset and emotional intelligence is the key to unlocking success.

This event blew it out of the park. Aran expertly guided all 60 of us on an incredible journey of self reflection and discovery - challenging us all to look deep within ourselves and relationships with others…and then to realise the impact our limiting beliefs were having on our own journey …and those close to us. From there we started to shape a new vision for our future and understand how shifts in behaviour and mindset could help us get there.

Across the 3 days, the atmosphere he created and the bonds that we formed with each other were incredible. Such a supportive and energising group of people.

I have been working with Aran and Insight for three years and have benefited from every minute. Just back from a 3 day Sophisticated Property Training course. I went with a mind ready to learn and absorb and hungry for content. The content is incredible and informative - Frank will answer every question he does not shy away from being interrogated. I met some great people from all sorts of different points in their lives. It was an amazing 3 days and my husband has been overwhelmed with my enthusiasm this morning.
