Delivering on time with quality products

I reviewed this item already. Product turned up damaged and opened. Complained to customer service and heard nothing back. That's £30 out of pocket for me now.

Poor customer service. My order never arrived, and no reply to any of my emails. I ended up having to ask my bank to refund my order.

I ordered marine peptides and the tub arrived badly packaged and the seal was broken… so some of the powder had got out. I contacted the customer services and also mentioned I had photos. I’ve had no reply at all. I Iain over £30 for the tub… and can’t even use what’s left as it may be contaminated (with the broken seal). I expected a reply.

Order was dealt with very efficiently. No delays and kept up to date at all times. Great.

Inadequate packaging, pack was damaged and leaking powder. Sent email pic but had no response.

Companies integrity questionable, seem to hide behind various different addresses. Never return emails or telephone calls. Product not opened as it is underweight and I cannot make contact anywhere. Awaiting CC refund for faulty goods

I sent you a negative report earlier this week due to non delivery of goods. I have spoked to a member of staff at the Post Office that informed me of the fact that they had experienced unusual vehicle breakdowns that caused the delay in deliveries. I now with draw my negative comment and will purchase your goods again in future. Regards Ivan

Tracked delivery arrived on date advised.Product as described but not used long enough to make any judgement on effects.

Customer ref 2180/#2160. The company clearly sent me the wrong article. I ordered bottles £50 of CoQ10 and got a small pack of Epsom crystals!!! They do not respond or answer phone. They have moved offices to temporary accommodation. Very dodgy. I am doing a check of the owner’s pharmacist licence.

I made an order and paid for 2 kg on the 11th June. 4 emails and nearly 4 weeks later. I have received nothing. No responses to my emails and no product. Not sure how to get hold of them as there is only email contact. Grumpy to say the least.
