We love hearing that the first projects allowed you to explore your creative and artistic side while building your skills and confidence along the way.

We appreciate your feedback regarding Modules 4 and 5 and the Advanced Modules. As the course progresses, the content naturally becomes more challenging as students begin applying concepts in greater depth and developing more advanced skills. The Advanced Modules are designed as additional support resources for students who would like more guided learning in specific areas. While software learning can be a valuable addition, it remains an optional part of the learning journey, with the core focus of the course being on building strong interior design knowledge and principles that can be applied across different tools and approaches.

We're also so happy to hear that the Facebook community has been such a helpful resource for you. Connecting with fellow students and sharing experiences can make such a difference throughout the learning journey. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and being part of our community!

It’s wonderful to hear how Modules 1–3 helped you discover your creativity and see what you’re capable of achieving in design. Watching confidence and skills grow throughout the course is such an exciting part of the journey.

Congratulations as well on achieving a high mark in Module 4, especially after tackling the challenge and embracing new technical skills along the way. We’d also love to mention, for your awareness, that learning the software in Module 4 is completely optional. Students are welcome to explore the software if they wish, but they can also complete their work through hand-drawn designs and sketches if that approach feels more comfortable.

It’s especially lovely to hear that you recommended the course to your niece and are now able to encourage and support her through her own learning journey. Sharing your experience and passing along your own tips makes that even more meaningful.

We wish you all the best as you continue with Module 6 and look forward to seeing your creativity continue to grow! 😊

We’re sorry to hear that Module 4 felt disappointing for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re also glad you were able to find Alyssa's videos helpful in supporting your progress.

We completely understand how challenging the learning curve can feel, especially when entering the course without prior experience in design software or technical drawing. While students are welcome to learn and use software tools such as SketchUp throughout their studies, these are entirely optional and not required for successful course completion. Assignments can also be completed by hand if preferred, allowing students the flexibility to work in a way that feels most comfortable and suitable for their learning style.

For those who would like additional guidance and wish to build their software skills further, we also offer an Advanced Module, which provides extra learning opportunities and support for students interested in developing these skills in more depth.

That said, feedback like yours is incredibly valuable, as it helps us understand where additional guidance and resources may further support students throughout their learning journey.

We wish you all the best as you continue through the course, and appreciate you being part of our learning community. 😊

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve felt some modules could include more detail and that instructions haven’t always been as clear as expected. Feedback like this is really important and we will pass your comments about Module 4 and the level of detail provided on to the relevant team for review.

We understand that sometimes you may be hoping for a quicker reply, and we always do our best to respond as promptly as possible. Our tutors do, however, work within a 24-hour response timeframe as they may also be supporting other students and managing their own projects.
