We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve been enjoying the course structure, pacing, and assignment balance. It’s great to know the content feels both challenging and manageable for self-paced study.

We also really appreciate your suggestion regarding additional video content. We do currently have a couple of videos that accompany some of the modules, and we can see that you’ve already watched them — thank you for taking the time to explore those resources! We absolutely understand the value of having more complementary video guidance available within the platform, and it’s something we are actively working on creating more of for students in the future.

We also understand the additional fee for the live workshops. While these are optional, we do highly encourage them, as many students find them to be a really valuable and inspiring addition to their studies, with the opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals and interact with other students.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and ideas with us — feedback like this is incredibly valuable as we continue improving the course experience for our students!

Thank you so much for your honest and thoughtful review. We’re really happy to hear that you’re enjoying the course and especially that your tutor’s feedback has been so helpful and encouraging for you. Khamille is great! And it’s lovely to hear how much you’re learning along the way.

We also truly appreciate you sharing the parts that have felt unclear or challenging. Software can definitely feel overwhelming at the beginning, especially when there are so many options out there and everyone seems to recommend something different. It’s great that you found Rayon and are continuing to work through it at your own pace. Many students feel exactly the same way in the beginning, and confidence with software really does build gradually over time.

Thank you as well for mentioning the module structure and order. That feedback is helpful for us, and we understand how frustrating it can feel when parts of the learning journey don’t feel fully clear yet.

Regarding your question about plans and working with third-party trades like electricians, plumbers, or carpenters, the course is designed to give you a strong foundation in creating and understanding design plans and concepts. In real professional settings, technical drawings and construction documents can sometimes require additional experience, local building knowledge, or licensed professionals depending on the project and location. So while the course absolutely helps build those skills and confidence, it’s completely understandable to still feel unsure at this stage. That feeling is very normal while learning.

We really appreciate your openness, and we’re so glad overall that you’re loving the course and feeling happy with your decision to study with us. It’s exciting to hear that you may continue into more advanced courses in the future, too.

Thank you so much for your feedback—we really appreciate it 😊

We completely agree that having more video content alongside each module would be valuable, and it’s something we’re actively working on. We already offer a selection of videos, and we’re continuing to expand this library over time.

In the meantime, we also offer additional video-based learning through our MASTERSERIES with Darren Palmer, as well as regular live workshops covering a wide range of topics.
