Ordered a Pair of earrings for anâŠ
Ordered a Pair of earrings for an anniversary present⊠to my surprise only 1 earring was delivered.
- if that was the end of the story, I would have given 1 stars
However, I got a hold of the company and they quickly fixed the mistake⊠the issue is, that I couldnât give my wife her present because the 2nd earring of the pair- is a week late and being delivered when Iâm at work.
So despite the mistake, theyâve tried to remedy the issueâ itâs too late, but they triedâŠ. Reason 3 stars instead of 1.

Dear John,
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your experience.
We would like to apologize once again for the situation. Unfortunately, the designer mistakenly sent only one earring in the original shipment, and as soon as we were informed, we of course did everything we could to have the missing earring sent to you as quickly as possible.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially as it was meant to be an anniversary gift, and we are truly sorry that it affected the moment of giving the present.
Thank you as well for recognizing that we did our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We sincerely hope the earrings still bring joy now they can be worn together as a pair.
