HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Beware!

Horrible experience. Been over a week but order has not arrive. They claim to be moving warehouse. I have been sending them several emails and still not a single reply from them.
This is terrible. Worse customer service ever. I’m going to report this matter if there is still nothing from them.

Great shopkeeper!

The shopkeeper (Gabriel) was very nice when I called to check on the store timing and directions to the shop, repeatedly. He was warm and affable when I did get to the shop, and professional. Will definitely be buying more from the shop in the future.

Surprise Mystery gift

I took the opportunity of 11.11 sale and bought some swim trunk. To my surprise, I got a phone call to tell me that I'm entitled to a mystery gift. I choose to have another swim trunk, and I leave it to the team at The Jock Shop to surprise me. True enough, I got a cute black/white polka dot swim trunk from them, that the style are right up my alley.
Thank you to the team at The Jock Shop.
Your service are wonderful..!!

Astounding
