I went for the meditation session which enables better sleep. I had an extremely restful sleep. I would recommend this session.

This was my first meditation class with Lisa and I really enjoyed it. It was relaxing but also powerful and I am looking forward to going back next week.

I went to the sleep therapy today and it was amazing, the head and shoulder massage the Riki healing the relaxation the foot massage, it was so relaxing. Had a good night sleep I recommend if you have had a stressful day try the sleep therapy out you will sleep like a baby…

Can’t shout about my cellulite treatment enough! After trying every single cream and machine under the sun I can finally see changes! Literally epic! Lisa is magic

I first tried Reiki with Lisa when on holiday in London and found it an incredible way to clear blocked energy and ease physical symptoms. After returning back home, I joked about whether she did distance reiki as I was feeling out of sorts then she sent me the link! I had my first session last night after an intense week and Lisa pinpointed some specific areas that I hadn’t informed her about previously. It’s hard to describe the experience but my one single word would be: Wow! The feedback was very detailed and specific and I felt Lisa’s strong presence despite the distance between Singapore and London! Feel more focused this morning albeit a little tired. Will definitely make this a regular thing! Thank you Karmamama! 🙏🏽

I don’t often leave reviews but I have to share the wonderful experience I had with The Karma Mama. I was lucky enough to receive a massage package gifted by a friend. After a short chat with Lisa, she worked out exactly what I needed. She carefully tailored my hour massages to suit me. I struggle with tension and poor sleep, so having them in my home just before bed were both effective and relaxing. What made the experience even more special, was the relaxing music and subtle aromas. Never slept so good!

I was also invited to a pamper evening. Light drinks, nibbles, girly chats, reiki and Indian head massage. What a treat - a great evening. Would thoroughly recommend.

What a delight my girls had! They were treated to beautifully fragrant, gentle and natural facial products, fully body massages and hair blow dries with Lisa and her team. I was really impressed with the background spa music, aromatic diffuser and the fact that Lisa had made the products by hand to ensure their quality and suitability for young skin. I would definitely use Lisa and her team again.

I had a lovely pregnancy massage from Lisa at my home, it was so relaxing and just what I needed to soothe my aches and pains. Great value for a wonderful treatment in the comfort of your own home, and Lisa is clearly very knowledgeable about looking after your body both during and after pregnancy. Highly recommend!

Lisa gave a very relaxing massage which has helped with my shoulder pain. She explained what she was going to do before she did it, which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend.

I have returned to Lisa for many years as a client. She is professional, friendly, punctual and reliable. In addition, she has an ability to truly understand the needs of a client even if they are not quite sure what they want themselves! Over this last year she has been very careful and considerate about the impacts on her clients to make them feel comfortable on her table.

Lisa was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I have never had a massage at home but she made it so easy setting up the table in the room. Just need to use your own towels and she supplies everything else. The massage was so good and she really worked on areas where I needed it. Definitely would recommend having this service at home was truely very relaxing.

I had a deep tissue massage with Lisa and it was delightful. She has very good technique and quality oil. All relaxed !

I had a great massage, I had really achey legs and she made them feel brand new. I also had a tight L shoulder which I asked her to go a bit deeper on. It was an amazing experience.

I first heard about Lisa (Karma Mama) when she was providing massages local to me. Although I have not got around to one of the many styles of massage she provides (waiting until after lockdown) I have tried meditation and beauty products.

Meditation by the lake was bliss during Lockdown Part 1. I am still kicking myself that I did this online and not in person. I really felt relaxed and calmer after the session. The healing worked for me.

I also purchased a handmade face cream with Shea butter and essential oils. It has been a great help for acne prone skin. I use morning and night.

I would say reach out if you want something in particular, Lisa is very open and friendly to discussing needs.

Cost wise, the products are affordable for the quality received. £5 for 1 hour meditation/healing group class (online) I paid £15 for a generous size pot of cream. 5*****
