Cute and quick delivery

Didn’t receive my correct order and shipping time was very long.

Last year I bought a watch, it did take long but that didn’t bother me. When I recieved it I realised that it was pink unlike the brownish peach colour it had in the picture. I did use it and it was alright, I just kinda wish I didnt buy it because I feel uninterested in it

Items came quickly and were exactly as advertised.

It is a trustworthy place to buy cute items, although I have found some of the items here can be purchased elsewhere for less money if you do your research. Everything I ordered came nice just as I had wanted it. I ordered a large haul of items and although it took a while, everything came exactly how I wanted it :)

The friend I bought the gift for absolutely loved it.

We are trying to track 2 orders that are supposed to be sent to the uk but not getting any response from Kuwaii, plus some items in our order have been cancelled and refunded without our knowledge.
Really need these items by next week for 2x daughters birthdays but haven’t been sent a tracking number, and not sure what else to do!

Quick to respond to email and rectify problems which they didn’t cause. Beautiful product, would gladly use again

When delivery of my order took longer than expected, The Kawaii Shoppu was most helpful in informing me where to look - no automatic or templated messages here! Shipping from the UK into the EU has become a bit more difficult, but the wait was worth it.

I just gave this a good rating bc of kawaiishoppu it told me it would help the company so I just did it I don't really know this app so I have no experience

The website is easy to navigate on and has a variety of categories of kawaii items to choose from!

It was very soft and the colours came as expected

After over a month of waiting I finally received the second item in my order that was delayed due to the COVID lockdowns in China. After all that they sent me the wrong colour snack box!!!
I understood the delays but this is the final nail in the coffin. Now I have to wait even longer.

I ordered the space cat light and the box came a bit mangled and the light was ON upon opening the box (could have been moving in transit). Communication is fine just disappointed in the condition of the light too - some scratch marks were left on the plastic. They also sent me the wrong one too - as I got a bunny one instead of the cat one.

Ordered a few items and got the shipping code on Oct 31st. It is now Nov 29th, so I looked more into the tracker and it said my order was canceled on Nov 21st. I did not cancel but it still says my order is in transit. Hoping it will get here but I have absolutely no idea if it will? I have also written an email and contacted them through their website, no response.
