Although the keys are a bit more wobbly than I would like, It is a great introductory keyboard. I love the bright colors :)

Avoid! I had exactly the same experience as the previous customer.

The parcel arrived over the Christmas period (we are based in the UK) - it was supposed to arrive before.

We missed the delivery.

We were unable to retrieve the item from royal mail. When contacting the Kawaii shop directly we were informed that the item would be in a royal mail holding centre. We have attached evidence that the item has been returned to sender as per royal mail tracking website. The Kawaii team maintains that the item is at a royal mail holding centre and refused to resend the item or reimburse the amount.

I would avoid at all costs!

AVOID! Made purchase for Xmas gift not realising this was a chinese website, shipping was several weeks so i could not collect. when the item was automatically sent back to china they refused to refund me

I've since researched and you can find the exact same items on Temu for a fraction of the cost so i imagine they are just drop shipping and making huge profit from a shady website

The product are cute and good price but the quality is a but low. Need improvement.

The items are unique and wonderful, however the prices are high abd soemtiems items get canceled and ends up in refund.

Great products. The quality of the clothes is good, but I feel like most of the clothes are a copy of the original, just made with quality. Some of the items seem overpriced to me. I wish they would improve the packaging of the parcel when they send clothes. Because the clothes come in the usual soft packaging made of plastic and such packaging is easily torn and clothes during delivery can be damaged. It takes a long time to receive an order and send it out. Parcel delivery takes from a week to a month. Overall everything is good. The product is cool and cute. I like it. There are a lot of good points, but there are some weaknesses in the campaign.

The products were cute as promised

My daughter loves the wall storage pegboards, shelves and baskets. We bought three of them in pink and it's really cute and handy above her desk area. The pink is a warm soft pink and the extra hooks are very handy to gang keyrings, scissors etc up. The adhesives that come either it are very strong, so once you put it up, it stays there.
Obviously the pegboard and accessories are made from plastic so they are not strong or big enough to replace wooden shelves but for tidying up your desk and storing small items like stationary they work a treat. My daughter is very happy with them.

The bag is cute, helpful, and holds pretty much EVERYTHING. Great for the price, too! It arrived a little sooner then I expected, and that's ALWAYS a win. 11/10, would DEFINITELY recommend! :D

I ordered two items. Didn't hear anything from them, no shipment confirmation no nothing for about 2 weeks. So, I reach out to them asking what's happening with my order. They then inform me one of the items I ordered is out of stock. Two weeks after my order was placed. I had to contact them to find that out, they didn't say anything prior. Fine.
I get a shipment confirmation a few days later and finally receive my item ONE MONTH after I ordered it.

You could order the same items from literally any other website like Temu or Shein which have a much faster delivery time. And when something's out of stock, they tell you in advance.

Ordered a cat carpet and got it within 2 weeks. It is in gr8 quality, super soft, super cute, good print. Flattened out very fast :D

I could track my package the entire time which was great as well.
Overall very happy with my purchase! Recommend!

THEY BUY FROM AMAZON AND RESELL FOR MORE THAN DOUBLE!!!

I ordered only five items, a glass cup for $24, a large mousepad for $64, a plastic bonsai tree for $16, ivy vine LED string lights for $15, and some cute khaki pants for $43. My order after searching a third party for a discount code came out to $162. After waiting two weeks I just received my package today. The khakis weren't what I ordered, the design is different than even what my order receipt showed. Everything else was basically what I expected but the issue isn't the products, it's the prices. The person who I ordered these for as gifts told me that they had seen the same mousepad on Amazon not long ago for much cheaper. I had to see for myself so I did a little search and sure enough it took no time at all to find the very same mousepad but the price was not even half what I'd spent at $26 AND it came with a wrist cushion the length of a keyboard. On Kawaii Shoppu they tried to sell the cushion as a separate item for an additional $18 The same can be said for the other four items too! Had I ordered from Amazon I would've only spent $80, gotten more items, AND free two day shipping! I've never been scammed so hard in my life, and I hope to god no one else falls for this complete lie! Never again will I purchase from here and if I ever hear a friend or even stranger say they're considering purchasing from here I will make sure they don't fall for this trash. Please steer clear from this site and if you for whatever reason find yourself ordering from this or any other random site you hear about from an influencer or something, be sure to check if the same items you want can't be found elsewhere for less.

My husband ordered some birthday gifts for me. Everything he ordered we were able to find on Amazon for HALF the price aside from the Takoyaki khaki pants. The takoyaki pants that he ordered didn’t come and instead a pair of SQUIRREL khaki pants came. Do not order from this website and stick with Amazon. The mouse pads are ALL on Amazon for like, $20 or less. String lights with fake leaves are $15 FOR MORE THAN ONE STRING! Just, do not order from Kawaii Shoppu

I didn’t receive my order. Was told it is on the way when I first contacted for an update as order was late. But that was weeks ago. My last and latest email wasn’t responded to (was asking for a refund as items not received). I even try to call and i messaged them on the provided WhatsApp number. No response or answer. My tracking code has expired. I placed order in may 2023 it is now august 2023. Was supposed to be a gift. Very disappointed could you please help. It has been over 2 months since I ordered no items or refund. No contact since 20th June. Tried numerous times. Just would like my money back. Please refund me.
