From placing order to delivery. Can't fault service or product

I found the measurements table a little smaller than reality. I had to order bigger sizes than listed.
Very happy with the speed of the response and new (bigger) bras supplied.

I have had many problems finding a bra that fits, what with underarm fat. I was therefore very happy to find this bra which fits perfectly, is comfortable, and is easy to fasten.

BEWARE!!! The company is dishonest.

I bought the bra and found that the quality is substandard. Ordered size 16D and found the straps not able to be adjusted and there is no support in the cup. I exchanged it for 14D in the hope that the straps would be shorter but still no support and cups were floppy as well. The ad videos obviously have an insert to give support, I know the difference between a padded and unloaded cup. My request for a refund was denied as it was beyond 14 days of receiving it. The delay was due to not being able to find the return address again and it isn’t displayed so I had to go deep down the rabbit hole.
Even though the company is registered in the U.S. it is actually a Chinese company. The ad shows the bra packaged in a pretty box. Both the items delivered were in a plastic zip bag which squashed the bra. DO NOT BUY THE BRA!

The customer service person was very kind and polite. But I would give the bra zero stars itself. The sizing chart is way off. The only way these bras would fit you is if you are very long in the upper torso and have no boobs. The straps are not adjustable and even with some after market strap tightening things, my boobs are always falling out creating the ever popular double boob look in my shirt. They were nice enough to send me a smaller size for free because the first size I ordered according to their chart would fit someone 3 times my size. I didn’t mind ordering big because clothes from China typically fit small, but it was ridiculous. And the smaller one isn’t any better because of my boobs falling out even with the adjusters. Total waste of $60 I couldn’t afford, so save your $ if you are busty.

Awful company with trashy product, complete waste of money. Company do not respond when you contact them and they have a bogus address for returns. Disgraceful company that should be avoided at all cost.

Now that my new Lacy Bra has arrived I love it! So comfortable. I can wear to all the time without ripping it off as soon as I arrive home. There were however some problems with the delivery of my parcel.

The bra arrived and it is beautiful, but it is a bit too big and the cups are a bit too small. I was careful with the measurements to get it right but I think my body shape is slightly different so the result was not perfect. I may try again with a smaller bra and bigger cups

I have quite a bit of arthritis in my shoulders and hands and to have the bra do up at the front is so much easier and not a struggle anymore. The bra certainly does hide back fat too. The bra does not have adjustable straps so I ended up making my own with ease. This is high quality material and so comfortable to wear. I will be ordering a few more for myself & my mum.

The service was great and Liz was efficient. Delivery was slow though as I am not sure where the parcel originated.
The bra is pretty but I feel the sides are too high that they touch the armpits making movements uncomfortable.

This has to be one of the more comfortable bras I’ve ever worn and I absolutely love the way the straps don’t fall down my arms! May need to go up a size as it feels a bit right round (the disadvantage of being tall with a broad back) but will wait until I’ve broken this one in.

I found your Company to be very accountable and diligent with your customers. I hope to be able to accommodate your good selves in the not to distant future. Thank you for all your help and quick responses to my problem purchase.

Very pretty bra and plunges effectively. Love the pale, blush pink. My only reservation was that my back itched a bit after a while. But that's almost certainly just me where elasticated materials are concerned.
The size I originally requested, a 40B, which I chose because my back is quite wide, didn't fit well. The cups, unfortunately, were much too large. The Lacey Bra people couldn't have been nicer. They duly sent me a 38B, which fits perfectly. No hassle at all.

Avoid. Order worth £75 made on 8/3, no communication, no delivery and no response to my enquiries. I was taken in by adverts on YouTube into thinking this was a legit company. At best its extremely poor customer service at worst its a total con. I will be requesting a refund through my credit card company and spreading the word on review sites/social media.....

Love so much my daughter is now buying and convinced a co-worker to try

These bras are very comfortable and beautiful. Even after 16 hours, I did not have any strap pain. I highly recommend them.
