BEST BRA ON THE MARKET

I am very impressed with this bra very few bras are comfortable and very few bras are durable and very few bras can hold up large breasts without under wiring. This bra is comfortable looks good feels good opens in the front which is an absolute must for anybody with rheumatoid arthritis. I hope they will send me more emails about getting some more I can’t remember how I got it but they replaced the one with a larger size because they do seem to run a little small but I’ll love it and I am going to order more and I love the wide back that fits over chunky women. I truly am impressed and I’m impressed with the customer service I am very very happy I encourage anybody to buy from them that has any kind of issues with bras and you need a good one that snaps in the front I can’t wait to get more!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY - There people are con-artists!! I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Ordered on the 20th Feb & am still waiting delivery. Asked for my money back & hey, guess what? Already shipped & therefore cannot refund me. Searched on line for more details about the company only to discover they are a scam, taking money off innocent people, who are gullible to buy their product on line, having seen the flashy sales video. Well, that's my money down the drain.

We apologize for the inconvenience! Due to the high volume of purchases, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping some orders. We have made some upgrades and hope this situation will improve soon.

Regarding cancelations, if you were not able to cancel the order, what that means is that we've already handed your package to one of our shipping companies.

As a general rule, once the shipping company has your order, we can no longer go ahead with the cancelation.

However, I can see that we've already put you through a lot of trouble, and I definitely want to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Terrible service have asked for money back

Terrible service have asked for money back already but promised items missing from first order made on 2 Feb still not arrived. It took till 22 Feb for it to initially be sent, on arrival 1 bra out of 5. Here I am still waiting. Have today requested my money back for the second time. Bra received definitely not worth the money. Disappointed and dismayed how this company manages to get good reviews from others.

I am sorry to learn that you have not received everything you had ordered and that the quality of the product you received did not meet your expectations. And to top it all off, trying to get a refund proved to be much more difficult than it should be.

We will be the first to admit that shipping has been one of our main weaknesses lately. Unfortunately, due to the global circumstances we all know about, it took our shipping partners longer than usual to deliver all orders. We have found alternative solutions, and we expect to see an improvement in the future.

Too flimsy for any support.

I was so looking forward to getting a comfortable bra. It took a long time to arrive. The product is disappointing in that it might suit a small bust but certainly does not have the strength to uphold a D cup. The fabric in the main structure is flimsy and it is cut too low in the front to support anything more than a B cup. The flimsy fabric fabric does not hold firm on the shoulders.

Terrible product and service

Took 3 weeks to arrive. Awful quality and fit. When you try and return it they either offer a 40% refund or you must post it at your own cost from UK to Slovakia. It is a cheap bra with no padding or structure at a ridiculous price.

We have to admit that we have had some issues with shipping, but we are working hard to find better solutions and we are starting to see improvement in that department.

Regarding returns, as a general rule, it is indeed the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost. However, I can see that we've let you down on so many fronts, and I definitely want to find a way to make it up to you.

Stay clear

Ordered on 21st Feb 2022, still not received.
They will not allow me to cancel as say order processed. They cannot tell me where the item is or when it will be delivered. Customer support send out standard response, no help at all.

Good marketing for a very poor product

I bought 3 bras and a 4th one as a sale offer. They were guarantee to arrived in 3 weeks, due to the times, I relax and expected to arrived within one more week. The first one arrived at the fourth week, and the other two, 2 weeks later after several calls. I have to cancel the fourth one after 3 months waiting, and asking, with no one available to give an answer.
Very bad tailor, not way to adjust, I follow their size chart, no pads arrived, the chest band get like ruffles after two months, since day one, was a torture using it, their “easy front closure” get me scars, the pin hurt me, there was no pad fabric, to protect your skin, , the lace was harsh, the materials are rough and cheap. threads start coming out after 3 months.

They try their best to make me keep them, offering a refund, for late arrival and I really try to love them, but still they have to work on their product, to make them a quality product, that can be sold and deliver as promised

I should have try to buy one, because I have to throw them all away.
