Issue Resolved, but Questionable Practices
I had an issue with being enrolled in a membership I wasn’t fully aware of, which led to unexpected charges. After lodging a formal complaint, the escalation team or Phoebe quickly responded and processed a full refund while also terminating my account. I appreciate the prompt resolution.
