My experience with Spa Group was pleasant. The representative/ recruiter that contacted me was forward in speach and professional in conduct.

They went the extra mile on multiple occasions to make sure that I was prepared for all stages of the interview process.

They have excellent clients - especially within sales, account management, marketing and customer service. I was introduced to my current employer through Language Spa and am now working in a Dutch speaking role with amazing colleagues. Would definitely recommend them if you speak Dutch, German, Swedish and available to work in the UK or US. Professional service all-round.

Language Spa approached me last year about a Dutch speaking opportunity in nearby Bromley and it resulted in a job offer this February. The team were helpful from start to finish and gave me good advice on how to come across well during all the interview stages. Their language assessment lady Christina was also a great person to work with - especially as I'm not a native speaker. Thankfully I passed with flying colours and settling in very well at my new workplace.

I experienced the company and the people working for the company as very helpful, competent, diligent and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

First impression and email contact seemed professional. An appointment was made directly to discuss a possible job role. The job description I received did not match 100% what I am looking for, but I wanted to use the phone call scheduled by the agency to discuss which suitable positions might be a better fit and are currently available. However, during the call I was interrupted several times, I did not feel like I was taken seriously or given the time to tell them what job I was looking for. I got harsh counterarguments because I was mainly looking for a remote / hybrid position "so you don't want to spend time with colleagues", as if that was the worst thing in the world to ask for?! Personal feeling, but overall I did not find the call pleasant, came across like a pushy sales recruiter just seeing you as commission.

Language Spa helped me get a job I have never worked in before, always answered all of my questions and prepared me for every step in the application process.
I am incredibly grateful for this job and the opportunity they gave me.
