Having moved to a new house we sent a photo to get advice on a very patchy lawn . We received a detailed guide on what to do to achieve a better lawn. Very informative and helpful advice. Thankyou

Great product, decent people who know what they’re doing

Waste of money. The only growth I’ve seen is from the weeds in my lawn. Lots of perpetration, followed instructions, top dressed it and even netted it to keep off pigeons. Nothing has happened , still bare patches with zero growth.

I haven't used the products yet so can't comment on their effectiveness.

When we opened our box one of the packets had split. I emailed customer services and got a really quick response from the team. I clarified which item was damaged and they advised a replacement would be sent out. We received the replacement free of charge a few days later.

We have not used our lawn subscription not renovation pack yet, but have received a lot of help and great tips from one of the team - even beyond their products! Can’t recommend enough! Incredible service!

My concern is about the guide provided for application. The leaflet which comes with the product states clearly that you should make sure that temperatures are at a minimum 12c for the next two weeks and no frost before seeding. I planned my seeding around this. I have just seen a separate email from Lawnpack which was sent to me separately which states that temperatures must be 12c and no less than 5c minimum for 2 weeks BEFORE seeding. This is completely different information and completely changes the plans I have made for seeding. Lawnpack please make sure the information you provide across your literature is consistent!

Every email I have sent asking for guidance has been answered quickly and the guidance has been straightforward, plus they are all so lovely and friendly. As yet I’ve only used the iron sulphate and keeping everything crossed that once mid-April comes and my treatments are down my lawn will look lush and gorgeous.

Good advice as always that addressed my query. Very friendly and you are made to feel part of the lawn pack family. Great products that work and produce fab results. Highly recommended

First of the product is great and produces really impressive results. There are a regular number of emails through the year offering tips and advice on how to get your lawn looking its best. Also the support is execlent, the responses are alway prompt. All in all I would recommend The Lawn Pack to anyone wanting to get the best out of their lawn.

Easy to order, competitive prices with a discount, communication good and when I had a query it was dealt with very promptly.

The delivery of the pack failed on first attempt for some unknown reason, however, the customer service rep was excellent and resolved the issue and the pack arrived within a few days.

Received the box and have used all Sarah’s advise on prepping she gave previously. Now had questions for next bit re using items which she was very helpful again but to hold off on doing as still not warm enough. Really appreciated her help again so now waiting 2 weeks till I can spread. I’m sure I’ll be back with more questions but so far this company has been great on their help. Can’t wait to put seeds down and see the results hopefully it’ll be as good as they say

i do love lawn pack there stuff is amazing works wonderfully and its easy to follow the steps i did have issues with delivery but it got resolved quickly and professionally and got my parcel moving through the deport while keeping me update i would like to thank Cristina for getting the pack to me after like a week of no movement but without her it wouldn't of arrived

Having a responsive customer service team in hand to explain how things works clearly and knowledgeable.
Not having to wait hours for a response or not getting one at all is a great experience.

Not yet purchased the product, however will be as soon as ready. Just wanted to comment on their quick and very helpful customer service when reached out with a few questions. Extremely helpful and friendly.
