The product was fine but purchased on the 15th of December as a Christmas present but didn’t arrive until first week in January. I saw on the website that they were closing for Christmas on the 19th so it was ordered with plenty of time to receive before Christmas and when I emailed for an order update I didn’t receive a response

The Floe kit arrived well packed and on time, good service. The kit worked well and drained off the excess water through the various taps.

Brilliant experience ordered these items three days before I received them from the carriers. Great service would deal with them again.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order and heard nothing for two weeks. No updates, no courtesy message, no sign that anyone was actually managing my order. I had to chase them myself just to get the slightest bit of information.

If this is how they treat new customers, I won’t be surprised if others are having the same issue. I’ve lost all confidence in their service and requested a refund, which should never have been necessary in the first place.

Would not recommend.

I've not received the product , despite it being schedule for delivery a week ago. I contcated them a week ago and followed uo 3 times, but still no reply by email or phone. Their customer service is non-existent.
