I still havenât received my order so I have had to go and buy another stroller as I canât wait any longer. I now have to drive miles away to return the stroller (when it does eventually arrive) and I have to pay to return it. Really disappointed. Customer service were rude and unhelpful.

Received my order quickly! Was really happy! After a week I noticed the back wheel started to wobble which I was concerned about after only using it a few times got in touch with customer support and Abi couldnât have helped anymore she was friendly and got it sorted ASAP and new wheels sent out. Donât buy it !!
Iâd like to add Iâm now in a battle with customer services trying to get my product returned.
Apparently itâs acceptable for this product to be falling apart after 6 months due to natural wear and tear.
They wonât pay for the postage and packaging.
And would like me to trust that based on there attitudes to this issue that in another 3 months it wonât be falling apart again. I do not trust it and Iâm so very disappointed with all of it.
Donât buy this product your child will end up on the floor !

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! After placing my order I was sent someone elseâs DPD tracking information rather than my own. Upon informing the company they were very prompt and thanked me for this, they said there had been up mix up with tracking info and they would be in touch asap once it has been rectified.
After hearing nothing despite sending 2x emails and a message on their âonline chatâ, my delivery did turn up by DPD the next day. Massive GDPR breach as I received another customersâs DPD information including their name, address and a photo of it being delivered in their house! God knows who has my information, I wouldnât know as the company are **** at returning messages :)
Update - love how this company are using the âspam folderâ get out. Think I would have noticed this, Hilarious!

I brought a pushchair in August 2024 and itâs so unsafe for my child! The handle bars have come loose the seat stickers are not sticky anymore and the hood as come away from the pushchair to think that people are buying this for their young ones scares me! They didnât wanna offer me a refund as itâs still under warranty they wanted to fix it for the same problem to happen again itâs just an unsafe pushchair they have now offered me a refund but now ignored me for 3 days worse company and worst customer service ever!
