Highly Recommend

Having previously paid our (ex) Accountants a hefty sum to produce our annual Propertymark report, discovering the process via the Lettings Partnership was a breath of fresh air. Yes, the process still takes time, but not as much time as it did trying to educate our accountants on the processes we use. Would highly recommend.

We have recently used the Letting Partnership to complete a Healthcheck for our annual CMP check - I found all of the staff to be helpful, friendly and informative. Highly recommended.

Thank you Team Health Check

Thank you once again to Rosie and Sue, another year complete. The team are always there to help and it is so worth while doing the Health Check report. A cheaper option especially if you keep all records and reconciliations up to date in house as we do. I urge anyone thinking about it, to do it. Straightforward questionnaire helpful staff

I have used the letting Partnership twice and they have been very helpful. Advised me before I started the questionaire what information i would need to hand and emailed accross any queries which I was able to rectify before the report was completed. Will use agin next year.

Super supportive and helpful

Super supportive and helpful. TLP prepare our annual financial health check, an yearly chore that can be nerve racking, but the whole experience was stress free, informative and ultimately very successful.

Joanna was extremely positive and helpful - and recently even gave me a courtesy call. I have severe adhd albeit I’m a business owner and my annual health checks are particularly stressful as I find the questionnaire a struggle to understand - however the team were extremely helpful in supporting me where required

Excellent and quick service

We have used this service for several years and have saved thousands of pounds in accountant fees, quick and simple auditing procedure all completed online and completed within a couple of hours.
