I have just completed the annual Propertymark health check through the Letting Partnership again this year and the process is very straight forward and stress free. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are always on hand to answer any queries.

As a new start up business, i was hesitant to have any further additional costs for services, however The Letting Partnership have proven to me that they are a service that i didn't even know i needed. Very straightforward process to do the annual healthcheck.

Two points - 1. it would be so much easier to do the Healthcheck if we could save the questionnaire whilst doing it. We currently have to book out an hour in our day to complete the questionnnaire - if someone rings up, we get timed out and have to start again - this would make life so much easier if we could save it as we go.
2. If the draft list of questions you need to answer gets changed - can you let us know? We print out the draft questionnaire so we know the dates for bank statements etc and when we went to complete the questionnaire online - the dates had changed and we had to get different bank statements to be able to complete it.

Having an audit can seem a scary process, but I am happy to say The Letting Partnership make the process very simple, straightforward & also cost effective. I would recommend their services to any letting agent that are audited each year by Propertymark. The team are very helpful and responsive.

It is our first year of using the Healthcheck service and it was a positive experience all around, much easier than previous accountants audits. Straightforward to submit and those that we dealt with understood the business and working processes making queries easy to work through. Would highly recommend and use again next year.

Another Healthcheck completed with good communication and a quick turnaround. Takes quite a while to gather all of the information required but it's so much more cost effective than paying for a full Accountants report.

It is the first time I have completed the Healthcheck on behalf of the business and thought it was going to be quite a daunting experience. Surprisingly, I found the process fairly straight forward, just takes a little bit of prep beforehand, but submitting the information is easy enough and the checklist really helped. Really quick turnaround too and the communication was brilliant.

The healthcheck that I filled in online was easy to follow the only downside of it is there is no save button so you have to have all the information ready before you start. They do give you a checklist which is very helpful. Once filled in a member of staff checks the information before sending it to be finalised to make sure you have everything which is briliant. Thank you for a quick turnaround. It is also a lot cheaper than doing an accountant report which I used to have to answer anyway so doing the same thing but a lot cheaper. This time i did not need to aks any questions but the replys I had previously were really professional. You also get a check that everything is ok once you have passed by the business development manager who is very polite I presume they would also contact you if you failed to see how they can help.
