The letting partnership carry out our Client Money Health Check every year, and are always fantastic! The team are so lovely and very helpful if we ever have any queries.

2nd year using The Lettings Partnership for our CMP Healthcheck. The Team are all amazing, if your like me and a complete overthinker who likes to double check everything then do not panic this team are great, they answered all my questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. There were very informative and handled everything with great ease. Thank you to Rosie, Sue and Joanna.

Easy to complete and a simple process.
Would recommend rather than using an auditor/accountant as more cost effective.

Ok, so it takes a little effort and a little thinking to get all the information together that is needed, but once it's done, it's done. This is such a straight forward process and the team are really helpful. This is a great service and I would recommend it to any letting agent. It certainly beats the more expensive (in cost and time) accountant route, I used to opt for!

After having difficulty finding a qualified electrician(*lol correction.. accountant)to complete our propertymark health check, we were recommended TLP and it was straight forward and they were very helpful especially Catherine, Sue & Joanna. Thanks

This is the 6th year we've been using the ARLA Health Check Audit for our CMP renewal. The process is very simple and efficient and saves significant time and costs, thoroughly recommend this service.

As a new start up agency, the whole process to get to a stage where we could get client money protection in place has taken 4 months, with 99.99% of this time spent waiting for 3rd parties to do their bit. The service I received for the financial health check to complete my final application for CMP was thankfully, a breeze. I wish everyone else along the journey was as efficient. Thank you!

My company signed up with TLP eighteen months ago to carry out our client money services. This is a company that listens to its clients, every company has its own systems and TLP were keen to understand how we work. We ironed out the bumps easily because we have always had great communications. Matt and the team are always on hand, easy to talk with and friendly.

I've used TLP for their Client accounting service for the last 3 years and highly recommend them. It takes the hassle and time out of ensuring the client account and payments are handled correctly and on time. They also save me the expense of accounts reports and having staff to specifically deal with client payments. Great service, and always available on the phone or by email.
