Veronica at Soho branch, cut my hair. I ordered a cut and blow. She did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier.

Ordered my items on the 25th June 2026, we are now 16th July. Still no order. Contacted customer service to be advised its on back order!! The prices maybe good but 3 weeks waiting and no idea of when it's coming. Beware

I have placed an order of hair products from this company almost a month ago ( middle of June 2026)

I have contacted them at the beginning of July to see where my order was
I received one email saying items were on back order with no further information

Why was the order accepted if they didn’t have the items in stock ?

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service so far

I have still not received my order and have no updates from the company.

I would hesitate to order for my his company again.

I haven’t found you before but I’m glad I did . Good quality goods at reasonable prices and that’s what we all need these days Limited budgets are difficult and I have to be careful like so many others so to be able to purchase good quality products is very satisfying. Thank you

Once again LTL offered one of my go to hair masks at an incredible offer.LTL offer many of the big hair brands ,often with offers or additional items at cut back prices.
I have ordered multiple times & orders arrive quickly & well presented.

I have never received my order. It has now been over 5 weeks. I've emailed b their customer service 3 times and I have not had a response.
Do not buy from this company

UPDATE

So - credit where credit is due!...My order finally arrived today and does seem to be an authentic product..I guess for the amount of money I saved on ordering through the LTL shop I am ok with this..I had some still left to use up luckily..perhaps LTL could consider informing customers that there will be a prolonged wait for some products...in this way expectations will be managed....and reviews will reflect this...

Still waiting for an order placed on June 6, 2026 for Redken Conditioner. Two emails sent to query status of order have gone unanswered.

Total disdain for customers...

Wish I could leave zero stars!..

UPDATE JULY 7 2026

STILL NO RESPONSE from this company to my email of 4 days ago and no delivery as of yet. Have asked for refund.

Ordered on 6th June and followed up on email 15th because I hadn’t had any tracking. Literally was completely ignored so I asked to cancel my order and get a refund ( still ignored ) they have now allegedly sent to package out despite me asking for it to be cancelled and refunded. Massive joke and 0 customer service avoid

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an order on the 3rd June, emailed on the 15th and was told it was on back order so asked why there they will still saying there were 12 in stock and got some rubbish excuse. I emailed again on the 23rd and 24th to ask for a refund and both have been ignored. I’ve emailed again today to let them know that if I don’t hear back from them regarding my refund by Monday I’ll be initiating a charge back via my bank. Complete scam, AVOID!

Customer service does not reply to emails,this company is a scam.

8 weeks, no product, 20 emails and no update or response. Complete blaggers and the owners are not interested as they live in UAE. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.

I am in the process of taking them through a small claims court due to the principal that I am not the only person they have scammed. Something needs to be done by authorities to stop businesses running in this manner. Absolute disgrace.

Placed a larger order, multiple products didn't arrive, repeatedly emailed and phoned to try and resolve this issue; after a number of weeks had to do a chargeback due to items not being delivered and them ignoring my emails repeatedly.

Customer service is non existent and 6 months later they're now threatening legal action against myself to recover the cost for products I didn't even get! Beyond a joke.

Would give 0 stars if I could, ordered on 3 June and didn’t receive any updates. Eventually I emailed them and they said the product is on back order and they hope to ship it soon (no estimated time). It’s now been 20 days since the order was placed and nothing (and no further communication). The website states allow 3-5 days for processing and 2-3 for delivery which is clearly a lie judging by other reviews. Don’t order unless you don’t need the products for a few months. Also worth stating the product supposedly in back order is still available for ordering on the site and not marked out of stock? Wish I read the other reviews.

I love all of the products I have ordered from this website, everything always arrives very well packed, prompt delivery and there is even the option to pay in 3 parts! Amazing!

I've ordered 3 times now from LiveTrue and whilst my first order went to back order customer service couldn't have been more helpful and my order was not delayed long. Fabulous brands offered at fantastic prices, what's not to love ❤️
