I have had a great experience with LTL easy to order and products arrived 2 days later. Would definitely use again.

Honestly I’m a little shocked by these reviews - I’ve ordered 3 times now and honestly I think they are a fantastic supplier who offer amazing value. My order came in the time frame they told me it would and they products have been fantastic and they actually sell amino mint which is my holy grail shampoo.

My experience seems different to others I had a problem with a damaged package but that was a problem created by the couriers in transit. LTL immediately replaced the products that arrived in damaged boxes or were missing. All I did was send photos of the exterior of the box. I find their range good, prices very competitive and items rarely out of stock.

I got some FUL hair products last week — moisturizing mask and styling stuff — and they’re amazing! Great quality, good prices, and super fast delivery. Really happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely order again! Perfect gift idea 💛

I ordered six large redken containers of shampoo, one was leaking when it arrived. The other bottles felt inferior and the quality of the shampoo didn't feel like Redken shampoo. I sent in photos of the leaking and dented bottles as requested and have not received any reply since.
The company are not listed at company house.
I have emailed numerous times with no response , if you order from an online company and are not satisfied you can return in a a certain time frame that's if the company ever respond.
This company ( if in fact they are a comany) are a total scam, if something seems too cheap there is usually a reason. AVOID and do not waste your money .
I am pursuing this with my credit card company.

I’ve tried so many hair products over the years, but this one genuinely impressed me. It left my hair feeling soft, shiny, and so much easier to manage. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all. I’ve noticed a real difference in the texture of my hair after just a few uses — definitely my new go to!

I ordered over £50 worth of items 3 weeks ago with a 2-4 day delivery and still haven't arrived. the only response I've had is that they are not even in stock anymore but I've had no refund or update.

I had ordered prior to reading the reviews on this place, which made me regret ordering and a bit nervous at the thought of the hassle I'd have.

My experience was the opposite. I placed my order on wed 5/11 and it was dispatched thurs 6/11 and delivered on sat 8/11.

Products arrived in tact. Overall very pleased with the service!

I placed an order last night after getting an email saying I had a 27% off code.

Placed the order only to find my discount was 10% after placing it. Beyond annoyed.

Emailed them on 3 emails asking for my order to be cancelled or the discount honored. They’ve not dispatched the order and they have yet to respond.

Now looking at their return policy and apparently they charge £9. lol.

I’m not happy. I ordered a pretty expensive bundle.

I’d give no stars if that was possible, so I ordered 2 bottles of a shampoo and conditioner, spent over £54 , for two items.
I was happy to do that! Until I realised it had been almost 2 weeks and everyone I look at the tracking it’s still being prepared, 2 bottles, nearly 14 days to prepare that!
So I email them as they very conveniently do not have a number to speak to a member of their “company “.
I ask where is the item ?
I get a reply saying you have been refunded we will send refund within so many working days.
I emailed again, why is it now cancelled and how come it took for me to ask where item was u til u randomly stated it’s cancelled without explanation?
They email back pls give Lisa (no last name conveniently)

It’s an insult and deliberate I believe, take into account the company runs with no number to make direct contact, and their messy emails leaves me to question their professionalism.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and customer support.

I ordered a Redken product with no plastic seal so, I am unsure if it is used or not. The company advised I could only re-send if it’s faulty, which it is but I have not received a reply to me email. Thankfully, I paid by credit card and ordered goods costing over £100 so, I will be opening a dispute.

The company has received 2 emails and failed to respond to the second email. Therefore, I have registered a dispute with my credit card company and shall no longer engage in any communication regarding this matter.

It is unfortunate that this was my first purchase and it will be my last “buyers beware”!

The matter is with my credit card company, the goal posts are being moved for your convenience and unfortunately you cannot add new terms after the product has been purchased. Whether you agree or not under the consumer rights act, you have no proof that the product met the health and hygiene standards when the product was sent therefore, I am asserting the product was faulty and I am relying on the consumer rights act 2015. Therefore, my credit card company will refund the purchase as your agreement is not required.

Great experience with this shop and yes, I am a real person! Products arrived within a week and are 100% genuine. Really pleased with the value for money and overall experience.

I was afraid that I will be waiting a while for the shampoo. But got delivered within a week so great delivery

Ordered on the 1st, received on the 10th. Products were shipped within the 3-5 business days stated on their FAQs. I was nervous after reading the reviews on here but I’m happy with everything I ordered. Takes longer than any other brand but worth it for the low prices!

Made an order Monday 29th Sept and received order confirmation.
Friday 3rd I received a dispatch email and today (Monday 6th) my order has arrived.

It’s longer dispatch time than most companies however the prices are lower than anyone I’ve found so I guess they probably have a high order volume to get through.

At the end of the day it’s shampoo and conditioner, not life and death so a little wait isn’t going to hurt anyone, I’ll be back
