I had an excellent experience liaising with Jessy. She was very professional, responsive, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. The service provided was prompt, and the results exceeded my expectations. She even went the extra mile to follow up afterwards to ensure the restaurant reservations were in place which I really appreciated.

Wika was amazing arranging our girls' trip to Villa Kayva in Canggu, Bali. She was prompt, responsive and acceded to all our requests no matter how last minute. Extremely helpful and even took the trouble to book our masseuse and order our kueh lapis and have them delivered right before our departure.
Villa Kavya was located right next to the road and we could hear traffic all through the night so not terribly relaxing while lounging at the pool. But the staff esp Bagus was very obliging and did all the extra food shopping for us. Would have been nice for our BBQ dinner to be one cooked from a real BBQ pit rather than over the stove.
Some small lapses due to the location and traffic but Wika and the villa staff were great!

We are so happy with the service that was provided by Jessy Ong who managed to book all restaurants for us during the busiest time of the year (Xmas and NY). Now our trip to Niseko will be the most relaxed one and we are looking forward to visiting our favourite restaurants there. Our transportation from the airport to the hotel has been booked by Jessy too. She kept in touch with us while making bookings and weekends don't exist for her. She is ready to help any time. What an amazing experience we had! Thank you, Jessy, a lot!

We booked out hotel in Japan via Luxe Nomad.
Our travel curator was Gladys M. Our arrival / checkout dates went a bit back and forth in order to coordinate overall with our time schedule. Gladys M. was patient and very responsive, no delay...came up with alternatives and did check continuousley with the hotel to get the dates matched.
A special request to the hotel could be positivley clarifed. The digital payment was quite convenient.
After paymnet we received instantly the voucher in addition we were forwarded to the Nomad "guest experience services assistance" which will take care (for instance) about our transfers from airport to hotel. Could´nt imagine a better digital service for this booking.

I had the best time staying at Villa Anaya Manis for my 25th birthday! In the lead up, Wika from the Luxe Nomad helped me with all my organising and answered all my questions. When we got to the villa, Putu and all the villa staff were extremely helpful throughout! The villa was as in the pictures and everything was perfect 💕

Everything was very smooth from entering to leaving the villa. All the villa staff were so kind .My favourite word to use was attentive and my most important thing I always look out for is communication, and the communication was the best I’ve ever had in a long time staying anywhere. My friend and I never felt like we had to worry about anything. Clean place ..Pool was clean also ..Overall great experience will definitely return and recommend to others. Also a lot of space for more than 2 ppl.. we had so much extra places for ppl to sleep…

Gladys has guided us throughout the booking of my family next trip to Hokkaido. She was always very reactive, professional and pro-active (suggesting other properties).

The Luxe Nomad were AMAZING! They made booking our wedding in Villa Florimar so easy! We hadn't been to Bali before and definitely felt a bit overwhelmed with where to go, when and how to sort out payments, drop-offs etc. But the Luxe Nomad contacted us throughout our stay to ensure when we checked into our villa it ran smoothly and there would be food, cool towels and refreshments on our arrival. This made for SUCH an incredible experience when arriving in our dream location. Not only did everything run so smoothly with the incredible team they have but on the wedding night, my boss sent me champagne from Australia with Wika hand delivered during the wedding. It was so special!! We couldn't recommend the team more highly. They made everything so easy. :) Thank you The Luxe Nomad.

Our TLN experience was made magical by Jan mostly, and Sophie and Joy were the initial prompt responders. It is my family's first time in Hokkaido and we appreciate all the details and effort put in by Jan. She arranged all our car transfers and also helped select the best accommodations! When we arrived at the apartment, OMG the views were amazing! The interiors were equally beautiful! We did not want to leave! Thank you so much again and hope to book with you again in the future!

Our trip to Niseko was smooth sailing. Angel was so helpful and attentive. She made sure we have tick all the checklist! Our first trip to Niseko and it was an amazing one! About 1.5weeks before our trip, when most school have been booked up, Angel managed to secure us a private ski lesson!

I would definitely recommend TLN to my friends & family!

Everyone who I have been corresponding with at the Luxe Nomad has been extremely responsive and accomodating to my travels needs and requests! They have made the process of planning and booking my holiday so much easier, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Great service and lovely people.

I want to say a big thank you to Jan, Davis & Sharmaine for helping with the entire booking process from accommodation, ski/snowboard gear rentals, airport transfers, ski lift passes to every other enquiries that we have!

It all started in May 2023 where we kickstart the booking process! They have been very prompt in responses. These gave us the assurance & confident in our booking.

Special mention to Jan who did a detailed summary of all our booking in 1 single attachment. Also, when I asked about the locale to collect the ski pass. She screenshot the gps map and direct me where to collect it. It is very helpful!!!

Because of the smooth process done up by the team. It makes us even more excited and can’t wait to travel over to niseko to begin our ski/snowboard!
