James and his team create an environment in which you can feel safe but challenged. This is a rare mix of states but is achieved through humour, openness and (occasionally but necessarily) brutal honesty.
I would trust what he has to say and the impact on my life and that of those around me has been brilliant.

After many years of losing myself to family, work, and many other external forces, I came across James on Facebook. Reading what he had to say about how he could help men like me, men who had lost their way and sense of self in the confusion of life, made so much sense to me.
In the time I have been a part of this program, he and his team have given me structure, clarity, a method of defining my own goals, and the tools to set about achieving them. Being held accountable to those goals means that I am now achieving more than I ever would otherwise, and I am now in a much better place in my life than I have been for many years. He's the real deal with NO BS and no ulterior motive other than to help you to be the best version of you that you could possibly be. He's stopped me from completely going under at work, home and in life. He will go the extra 1,000 miles to help you get your life on track.

The man coach programme has been developed with a balance of coaching and accountability which gives you the tools to improve all areas of your life, working on five pillars and then planning and execution to improve and develop yourself . The use of the mighty app then adds the community which makes the training come together , and the learning from others adds to enjoyment . It really is an impressive programme for change.
