Bonham's produced a great set of pictures of my vehicle. I'm sure this maximised the value for which I am very happy with. The follow up emails to me the seller and to the buyer were not done. Sorted in the end, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Bought and sold a car using The Market and the service was excellent for both transactions. I totally recommend the concierge selling service, the photography and wording was fantastic and definitely helped to encourage bidding.

The vehicle ended up being half a Ferrari 400 and half a chassis from a Nissan the gear box was fallen out it had now brakes or way of actually having anything working and the vehicle was so low it couldn’t fit it’s own exhaust
It wasn’t described in anyway to what it is but buyer be ware
It’s going to cost £60k to put right to be safe to drive

I purchased a Porsche 911 Targa Cat D which was advertised with light cosmetic damage only and presents as good as new, however it had severe structural damage which was not declared. It was deemed unroadworthy and
it could not be driven under any circumstances as there was bolts missing from the subframe plus many missing parts and i was advised by a Porsche specialist it was a death trap.
The car was returned to the owner with no compassion from the Market quoting caveat emptor and i personally lost £6000.00 within a couple of days without even sitting in the car. It was massively misrepresented by Bonhams
which inflated the bidding to increase their commission then they hid behind their Terms and Conditions.

I'm considering legal advice

2nd purchase by me. I like the system. It works well, and Bonhams are very responsive.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication from Bonhams, from auction end to delivery of car. Seamless transaction.

I have used The Market before to sell a car and whilst I didn’t get the price I wanted I thought the process and service was pretty good. This was a factor when selling another car. I chose the option this time to sell via The Market but keep the car with me opposed to sending it to HQ in Abingdon.

Photos taken at home by a professional was superb. Car was listed and sold. Again not the price I had hoped for but it was sold. However there is always issues when people buy on auction sites they do not quite understand that when you buy or win an auction it’s not to then come and look at and decide if you wish to buy it. It’s sold hence the 7 day auction for you to come and view the car before bidding. Saying that no issues my end and he service provided was great so will sell again through this process. Thanks guys.

Clear application and complete descriptions. Photos representing the condition of the vehicle in sufficient mumbers for a foreigner who cannot do an on site inspection.

Very professional in every aspect and user friendly too.

Whilst numerous photos were provided none showed the huge rust holes in the chassis which were immediately obvious when I collected the vehicle

Car was exactly as described - the whole process was vey easy and the recommended delivery was superb too !

I arrived to view an auction car by appointment to find the car parked in very close proximity to other vehicles such that the doors could not be opened. I was initially advised that the car could not be moved due to photography taking place that day.
After pointing out that I could possibly view the car properly in its current position, a number of staff arrived and somewhat reluctantly juggled the adjacent cars.
Otherwise my first experience of an online auction was better than feared.
