I recently purchased a Jaguar XJ8 through The Market and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

The whole process was professional, straightforward and well organised. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about classic cars.

What impressed me most was the level of customer service. Whenever I needed assistance, the team were quick to respond, friendly and genuinely committed to resolving any questions or issues. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare and was very much appreciated.

The buying experience gave me complete confidence in the business, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy through The Market again. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a classic or enthusiast vehicle.

I have sold a couple of cars through these guys and I must say that the experience has been very positive. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they do and give you confidence that the car will sell at the realistic pricing they suggest. The cost of selling seems a little on the high side, but from my experience the price they get for the vehicle has, on both occasions, exceeded my expectations. This is undoubtedly helped by the fact that they seem to have global visibility which opens a huge market for your car. The professional approach coupled with exceptional marketing has meant that I have been more than satisfied with the end result.

Not at all how I expected an auction house to work. The service was seamless and efficient. Takes all of the hassle out of selling your vehicle and still achieves good prices.

Second time I've used The Market and I am very impressed. The photography was outstanding, the service smooth and all hiccups and admin dealt with quickly and fully. The auction itself worked well, plenty of interest generated, despite no longer being linked to Bonhams and the auction process works well for sellers, ensuring the maximum possible action and bidding. Very professional, very effective, very well done.

Great experience ,the only thing which could improve service is having an Out of Hours or longer opening hours ,perhaps with some Saturday cover for delivering and collecting cars

Great photos; detailed and authentic description; plus prompt response to questions. Payment, handover and collection were all incredibly smooth and unfussy. And most importantly: the car is exactly as advertised.

This is an excellent service. I was able to sell my vehicle by using the Concierge service. The car, which was extremely well loved, was taken in, cared for and appreciated. Considerable time was taken with the photographs and description and at all stages I was consulted with and updated. When the car sold I was paid directly by the buyer and all in all it was an entirely hassle free , well conducted affair. Many thanks to all involved and I am delighted to know that this wonderful car has found a fabulous new home.
