My experience with Aaron Landers was great! I came to this meeting not knowing much about Medicare. Aaron answered all of my questions and helped me find suitable plans.

There is a lot to know about the ever changing world of Medicare! Thankfully, Casey Sullivan at The Medicare Family was more than generous in sharing his knowledge and time. He answered all of my questions and helped me find the plan that best fits me.
Then, the Medicare Family team followed up with a phone call and email to see if I have any other questions. They made it clear they are available whenever questions arise. Not just customer service, but knowledgable customer service!

It was easy to make an appointment for a phone interview. Succinct information given without pressure to buy anything. Mike Locke was great to answer all my questions. I highly recommend.

Luz and the medicare family made signing up very easy, I sort of knew what wanted to get because my wife was already familiar with medicare and was a client from 6 months ago. These folks know everything about medicare and will help you too.

I had been looking for about a year now on Instagram into all the Medicare in's and outs for when I had planned to retire in 2027 and man this could not have been more confusing. So I settled with Medicare Mama since I liked what seemed to be her honest opinions on traditional Medicare vs. a Medicare Advantage plan. So long story short unfortunately I had a forced retirement and had to act quick. I called Medicare Mama and got a gentleman by the name of Aaron Landers and I have to say I'm so glad he got my call because he knows his stuff for sure and he was able to help guide me through this process with ease. Peggy Willem of The Medicare Family !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 stars easy. Husband and I went through this process at the same time. Started my final trip down retirement planning which was to learn as much as I could about Social Security and Medicare plans. Social Security was easy but Medicare.......OMG, my brain was a scrambled mess. I then decided to purchase Silvia Gordon's book from The Medicare Family, and I joined their Facebook group. Those 2 things alone were all I needed to help organize my thoughts and help me to plan PROPERLY. I had an initial call (free of charge) with The Medicare Family one year before my 65th birthday. That call eased my worry A LOT. Then as I moved towards retirement age I became more and more knowledgeable about my (our) options. Scheduled a call with Peggy Willem at TMF about my plan and she was sooooooo helpful. So much that her knowledge in our options helped me to decide that I didn't have to wait to retire. Our finances were in order and the only thing that was holding me back was all the Medicare mumbo-jumbo. Nobody wants to retire only to end up being healthcare bankrupt. Thanks to Peggy I was able to apply for Social Security and get Medicare A+B approved within a 2 week period and gave my notice at work. We had our call with Peggy on my last day of work and she was able to get us finalize all the new healthcare plans we needed (Supplement and Drug Plans). There was no gap in our healthcare coverage from my work to Medicare. Feeling very fortunate for Peggy. Contact her without hesitation.
