I talked with Essence Chicoine about finding out about Prior Authorization that I have been waiting on for 6 weeks. She called Cohere and found out they approved the procedure on 3-4-2026. 10 Star organization. I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude to Danielle for her book, countless videos, and Agent Robert Galindo for correcting my horrible mistake. I originally relied on a friend’s advice for a plan and to use a local independent agent (with zero resources). This agent also failed to provide a lot of important details relative to available plans. Once I realized my mistake, it led to a lot of additional anxiety and stress on top of my company recently shutting down unexpectedly. I completed an online Boomer Benefits enquiry. Robert called me called me shortly thereafter. He explained ALL the facts, pros and cons without bias, and then enrolled me in a proper plan.
