I am in love with this bracelet, have worn it a week now, it’s beautiful and lies flat on my wrist sometimes forget it’s there, I hope it lasts. Delivery took awhile but I am in USA so I understand. Would buy from again.

Good jewelry. You get what’s in the picture. Just got the frosted cuban, it’s great, it’s the correct length but fits loose on the wrist. I think a size down might fit me too. good jewelry good customer service. do buy Metzi.

I usually do a "try-out" purchase before an actual one (funny enough this was over 150$ i think), i got the rings one size too big, but they *still fit great* (that's on me ; now ik the PERFECT size for future purchases), but i thought i was supposed to get a free ring since i purchased 2 of them, so idk what's good with that, unless the system is designed like the retail "rewards system"(you'll only get the buy get 1 free if you scam both items), that... or it was an old #ad from the hundreds that i was forced to see on my Instagram page lol?

Delivery lasted like a whole week, which is fine since this was a "fun" purchase to myself. I suppose their HQs is somewhere on England, so it was still quick (imo) (US/FL).

It arrived in a few days, packaged well, and looks beautiful. Wife loves the bracelet and earrings.

The jewelry is absolutely stunning! Superior craftsmanship. I am most impressed with attention to detail. Finding good quality black metal jewelry is rare. Finding excellent quality is unheard of until now. It looks beautiful and feels very well made. Will definitely buy more pieces!

Bought several items from Metzi. Like them very much. good quality. Only issue was it too over two weeks to receive my order. Slow shipping but it did arrive in good condition.

Wrong order sent as measurements on website is incorrect. Terrible and slow customer service that has taken days for them to send a replacement. Customer service feels is a AI chatbot driven. No apology and no accountability. Terrible experience

I am absolutely SMITTEN with this company, their jewelry, their 5 star customer service and I can say that all 4 pieces that I’ve purchased from them are showstoppers, head turners and HEARTY!! The sparkle is breathtaking, the shine is mirror-like. I pretty much much NEVER remove them. The creativity of their collections is spot-on!

The bracelet is very good quality but the shipping took almost a month and got no new emails telling me it was delivered.

Rings are good, no complaints there. Necklace and bracelet both broke within first week or two. Connecting links to clasp are very flimsy.

I just received two orders I made which included the 8mm cuban bracelet, two rings, a set of the black stud and ember stud earrings and also the ember square pendant necklace. Only 12 days from ordering to recieving the items in San Diego Ca which was nice. Perfect fits and already getting compliments on all of the pieces. Great price point and quality is great as well. 10/10 would recommend and will be purchasing more in the future! The only issue I had was the first parcel was left on top of a community mailbox in the open, second parcel was delivered to my door. Not in their control but worth noting for the service used for shipping.

The jewelry, necklace and bracelet, are beautiful but shipping took a long time to arrive. I no longer have the bracelet. It was lost while going through the airport. I feel like the bracelet should’ve been more secured by including a latch for security.

My money is gone never received my order , scammers

I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I’ve been waiting for my bracelet for a very long time, and every time I ask for an update, I get no response.

At this point, I’m starting to believe I’ve been scammed. It honestly feels like you’ve taken my money and disappeared. If you are a legitimate company, then please prove it by responding and giving me a clear update on my order immediately.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

My ember set is absolutely beautiful. Super fast shipping and excellent customer service. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I got the red gem and black tennis bracelet. Very impressed with the colour which looks exactly like the video ads. Also I've purchased tennis bracelets online before and they always feel flimsy, but this one has a solid clasp.

One tip: the large stone size makes it tightee than expected. I'm usually an 18cm, but it fits snugly. I suggest sizing up.

It’s on point brought my whole outfit together, everybody was asking about it. Affordable and worth it.
