I ordered a couple of pairs of earrings from this company I found on instagram. I didn’t realize that I chose the “non-tracking shipment” option. I sent an email asking about tracking and within one day of it being sent I got a response from one of the founders which a very nicely worded email explaining to me my situation and he even put in a ticket for me order. They just earned themselves a life long customer. 10/10 would recommend!

I love the black bracelet. My one issue is that the clasp is so hard to work. I always need to have someone assist with getting it on. Also very hard to take off at time - its very tricky.

Placed an order with an estimated delivery date of 7 days post order. The tracking info was not working which was unfortunate but after requesting a correct tracking number, I was just sent a link to a royal mail tracking page. So I was unable to see the delivery status.
12 days on and still no tracking info, no delivery, no response to an email requesting an update or refund.
Very disappointing and think I may have fallen foul of being scammed from an instagram advert.

Love it, the only complaint is that the chain catches me neck hair often. Other than that amazing looking and feeling

The order shows had arrived in the United States in Chicago on June 5. However, I have not received any order and the order shows not delivered. The USPS believes the package is now lost. And I’ve contacted support and have not heard back. Very disappointing of this scam.

I been looking for a bracelet necklace combo for a while and something that won’t tarnish or change color and turn my skin green I been wearing them both for a while and love it I don’t take the bracelet off but and it been staying in perfect condition and the gemstones are my favorite color red customer service is really fast as well I lost my cleaning cloth and they responded really fast about it which is so nice to see

Updating my original review, they did get back to me and have sent two new chains. Good customer service, hopefully these two will hold up better. Great looking chains.

Great experience overall. My original shipment got lost and they quickly sent a replacement free of charge with expedited shipping. The piece is strong and beautiful just as expected and is a great compliment to my ink!

I have purchased several items from Metzi which has included items from the gem collection and I have loved every one of them, beautiful and brilliant quality, I have left reviews reflecting this. HoweverI can now leave an excellent review re their customer service. I had a small issue 2 months after my latest purchase and I received a reply to my email within an hour of sending it. Within 3 days I received a replacement item. Great customer service, thank you, highly recommend this company

A beautifully crafted piece from metzi. It just enhances your look right away. A perfect dressing only could be given final touch with accessories like metzi bracelets. The lock not so great but whole frame and stones are top notch

I love the Metzi style, and have ordered a few items from them.
The bracelets are really good quality, (I wear 5) they last, don’t break or come undone and survive the gym without any issues.
However I’m on my second order of rings, as the first became worn looking very quickly. The paint does rub off and (despite being off gym) these next two are already quite worn looking so I would not say they are hard wearing. It’s a shame as I love the designs! I’m in two minds about ordering yet more replacements.

I received a ruby,and a black bracelet from my son in the military in Japan this passed Mother's Day l loved them so much,but realized today May 25th, 2026 on of my ruby heart fellout so disappointed. I've received so many compliments on your jewelry, but now I'm so sad 😞 😔 😟
