I live in Coomera ordered Sunday Arvo then the Tracking shows from Bundall to Brisbane Airport then back to Aurundel still not delivered!
why dont you use a courier?

By the time you get them there 4 days old maybe five doesnt make sense buying them online.

I can drive to Bundall in 20 mins.

The cookies are dear enough which I dont mind paying for, but I didnt order stale ones, which is what I will be receiving when they eventually arrive.

Such an easy process to order and get delivered for a birthday surprise. By all reports they were amazing and the office attacked the box immediately.
Delivered quickly and the whole thing was seamless, well done.

Good! Came quickly and look amazing. The only thing I would consider is labeling the vegan cookies if someone orders a mix. I had to sniff them to figure out which ones had banana lol. But my son has food allergies so giving him the wrong one could be detrimental. Just something to consider in regards to allergens!

Amazing and all flavours were fab! We’re posted quickly and easily during isolation!

We ordered boxes to be sent as Xmas gifts to our clients and also ordered some for our team in the office as well. Everyone loved it and raved about the size and yumminess of it.

The cookies are amazing! I ordered the XMAS specials and wow each flavor suprises me! 🥴👍🏼

The delivery was very quick and their response are all I could ever ask for.

Will definitely try another 10 different flavors in the upcoming months 😬🙏🏼

I get these cookies every week from the markets and they are deadly!!
Got some of the vegan ones sent to a friend who’s little one just got diagnosed as lactose free/egg free and really upset coming into Christmas- so I’m delighted to give them some of gold coasts best cookies

I didn’t receive a 10 pack that I ordered, instead I only received 5.

Amazing service. We tried them at a market stall on the Sunday and they were delicious! I was only visiting Gold Coast and wanted to order some but wasn’t sure if they would arrive in time so I messaged them. I got my cookies personally dropped off to the house before we left town! Best cookies and best service. 10 out of 10. Will be ordering again.

Delivery is very poor, for local areas orders they use Australia post to deliver, therefore takes 3 days to receive your order, due to it goes from GC to Brisbane then back to GC for processing before it gets to you. I would highly recommend you look into offering same day courier delivery for local area.

Cookies are dead set amazing! I was nervous about how they’d end up after being mailed but they were perfectly safe and well packaged! Only thing that could have been improved is deliverY tracking, I was in fear of them not making it past the front office 😂

The most scrumptious cookies I have ever eaten. We are all addicted in my household. They should come with a warning.
On top of the indescribable taste (seriously, the OG cookie is life changing), the customer service is fantastic as well. The cookies arrive within 24 hours of being posted, and any questions or concerns are answered even quicker.
Love this company and couldn’t recommend them enough.
