We are truly sorry to hear about the stress this delay is causing. We understand how vital it is to have your formula on time, especially when your stock is running low.

However, we would like to clarify that The Milky Box has no control over U.S. Customs. Once a package reaches the border, it is held under the jurisdiction of government authorities. These regulatory delays are mandatory procedures that, unfortunately, no retailer or carrier can bypass or influence.

We have already ensured that all necessary documentation was provided to the carrier to help speed up the release. We are monitoring the situation closely and doing everything within our power to support the movement of your package.

We value your long-term loyalty since 2024 and sincerely hope that Customs releases your order as quickly as possible.

We always strive for maximum protection, but unfortunately, accidents can happen during the shipping process despite our best efforts. We've been cautious with plastic wrap to stay environmentally friendly, but we truly regret that your formula arrived dented. We’re sorry to hear about the delay with your package. Once a shipment reaches customs in the destination country, the inspection and release process is handled entirely by the local customs authorities. Unfortunately, if they decide to hold or inspect a package, this is outside of our control and can sometimes cause delays.

We can confirm that the shipment has now been processed by customs and successfully delivered. We understand that waiting during customs clearance can be frustrating and appreciate your patience.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. For health and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on baby formula once it has been delivered - this policy is in place to protect all families and is clearly outlined during checkout and in our Refund & Return Policy.

Regarding subscriptions, we’re always happy to assist directly if anything isn’t clear or easy to manage.
