Scam.

Avoid at all costs.

Order placed on 28th Nov... still not arrived... it's 23rd Dec.

Same as everyone else. Ordered on the 2nd December, said it was shipped on the 3rd and then website didn't have another update until the 19th December. It's now saying today it arrived at Heathrow Airport?!? Not holding out much hope I'll get my order, let alone what I actually ordered. Won't be sucked in to a social media ad again, kicking myself now!

After a month and paying a lot of money for what I thought would be speedy delivery I’ve finally received my order. Whilst it’s a novel idea, it’s not worth the money I paid! I’ve checked it to make sure it’s right and can’t get the film back into the roll.
I had to email to get the correct order number, which I received a reply very quickly, however this should have been sent straight away. I’ll not use these again or recommend.
As many people have put, I wish I’d have checked here first

Similar to someone below, I received my order however same process of not being able to track it. No response to my emails. Also, it was not my images on the film roll keyring, it was clearly a bog standard one that they have sent to everyone. Fully a SCAM! I wish I would have checked reviews first. I can only imagine how much money they have made from everyone. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Would give it 0 if I could. Zero response after a month of messaging about an order that still hasn’t arrived.

Avoid this company and always remember to check independent reviews and not the ones on their own website.

As most of the reviews say, this a lesson learned. I fell for all the positive reviews on Facebook which all must be fake. I now can’t find the company on FB so they must block you once you have ordered. Have not received my order, when you contact them they say it is shipped. The tracking says that Royal Mail is awaiting the product from the supplier. Too late for the Xmas present it was meant to be and it sounds like if it ever turns up that it will be crap quality anyway. Please avoid this company!
***update, product arrived 27/12/24, quite a well made keyring EXCEPT it had the wrong photo in it! I had bought this as a memory keyring for my friend of her recently deceased dog, I’m sure she doesn’t want one of someone else’s dog! I’ve asked for a refund, I will not hold my breath. Angry and sad that I fell for this.

Unlike others I did finally receive my order today (ordered on the 25th November) after chasing it up. Was pleased as they were presents, only to find that when I looked at the photos I had been sent someone else’s order! Have now emailed to try and get my money back but not holding out much hope. Do not use this company!

Unfortunately I have fallen for this scam, was supposed to be a present for my husband, emails are crap, none of the tracking works, shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on social media

Don’t order. They don’t respond. Their tracking now says it doesn’t exist. “ item still in Los Angeles”. Label created. Never sent out. This is a scam

Absolutely horrendous don't touch them. Still awaiting a delivery since October. State it wasn't delivered, then was, then wasn't and now saying they have proof it has but have not sent any, and it's certainly not here. Honestly, don't waste your money or time like I have.

This company are an absolute scam. Taking all our pics and then charging us for priority deliverly only for items we have ordered to not be delivered within 3/4 weeks.
This is not priority deliverly. This is second rate postage. This company is taking all our money and laughing at us. They deserve to be investigated by independent watchdog

If I could give them a zero I would! Ordered 4 mini books for my in laws who just lost their 4 month old daughter and it’s a SCAM!!! So gross in my opinion, DO NOT ORDER!!!

Been requesting a refund for days and days on end for two separate orders I did for keychains with pictures of my newborn daughter after seeing an instagram ad and keep getting order updates instead of an actual response from someone about my refund.
I’d give a zero if I could.
Disgusted that pictures of my newborn daughter have been used against me in a scam.

I bought 2 key rings on the 3rd of December it’s now the 21st and I’m still waiting. First they said it will come on 17th then the 20th and it still not here. The tracking page didn’t working at first I had to email them then they gave me some random tracking company called tracking54 and that didn’t help at all. False advertising do not recommend. Waiting for email response as Xmas is in 3 days !!!!!

Disgraceful. Same experience as everyone else. Succumbed to their add campaign on Facebook in November and still nothing received. No replies. Full of regret I didn’t check here 😱

I bought a keyring for Christmas at the start of November and it’s still yet to arrive. No response from customer service.

Purchased mini photo book on 5th December and still not arrived, will be contacting bank to start a chargeback claim and then this company will be placed on the watch list which will mean anyone doing a transaction using the same bank will get a warning before allowing funds to be released.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a Chinese scam. You do not get the goods. I’m £26 out of pocket and no way of getting a refund. All contact ignored. Just avoid at all costs.

Same as all the other reviews. This company is a SCAM. Preying on the vulnerability of those who have lost loved ones. Disgusting

20 days after order and still no delivery.
I have emailed and received a copy and paste response that directly ignored my concerns. No response to second email.
Really disappointing
