Wish I could give ZERO stars! Total scam of a company. Never received my order. Tracking number they provided says order not found. No response to multiple email inquiries. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on social media! Everyone needs to report them as a scam to FB and Insta.

Ordered 9th December, still haven’t received order, chased twice before Christmas after paying some kind of express delivery but no response

Horrific experience. Ordered a month ago and still not received my order. I ordered 2 scrapbooks but on check out it went as 3 scrapbooks, having only provided images for 2. I sent an email immediately to say I needed extra images added, as the website says to do. Or asked for them to refund me for the 3rd as it wasn’t required. A day later I had an email to say my order was on way with a tracking number that does not work! I’ve emailed 7 times with the same response email each time that they “are actively working to get more information”. I still have no idea what the 3rd scrapbook will be. And no idea when I am meant to receive any!

Yeah this site is terrible, bad quality products and extremely slow shipping. Do yourself a favor and do business with anyone else, customer service is nonexistent as well.

Awful, took 36 days to dispatch and finally received today 27/12 after Xmas of course. It looks like a 2 year old has made it! They do not respond to emails either. Do not use this company!

Scam, avoid. Very annoyed at myself not to have read reviews before what I thought would be a great gift! I ordered on 1st December, received an email saying that my order was on its way on 2nd December with a link to Track my order. Link took me to their website where no tracking info was available. After two emails I got an answer giving me a tracking number and a courier company website and was told that they were “monitoring my order and that the delay was due to the time of the year”. We are now the 27th of December and the status of my order hasn’t been changed so my order, if it was in fact given to the courier company which I doubt, is apparently not moving. I sent several emails but was told the same. “We are monitoring your order and there are delays at this time of the year”. I am wondering how long they can hide behind that excuse before finding another one. I sent another email asking for a refund but no answer to this one of course. Scam company.

I placed an order on almost a month ago and still didn’t receive it.
SCAM!! I should of read the reviews before.

Order hasn’t arrived, company won’t refund me and their so called customer service is useless. Have been palming me off since 17th November and I ordered around the 2nd November

Ordered as a gift beginning of December. No tracking given. No update. Never arrived will be requesting money back through my bank. SCAM WEBSITE

Do not buy from this company, seems great at first, then once they have your money, they don’t want to know.
Ordered an item, 3 weeks later and only 1tracking” email- still no present!

Tracking email doesn’t even track the parcel. Emailed 4 times, with no reply from the company. Only that I’d used wrong email address (1 was their info email and one was their help email). Neither have actually replied to me about my orders. Now out of pocket. Will be taking it further.

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 1st and it is now Christmas with no sign of the item arriving. I have emailed them over 20 times to ask and only got 2 responses - both exactly the same word for word saying it takes 7-15 days (which has clearly been surpassed now). I spent £40 so it’s not a small amount to just forget about but I’m so angry and wish I had seen this website first. Do not buy from this scam company!!!!

Same as all other reviews. Shocked at £8 delivery charge. Had one response from Customer Services when I chased my order. But reply was totally contradictory to what was actually happening.

Scam, avoid like the plague. Will be filing for a chargeback on my credit card unless they reach out in the next few days. Ordered at the start of December and have got nothing, no reply to my emails. Complete joke.

I placed my order on 29/11 as a Christmas present for my Girlfriend but the item only arrived today (27/12), unlike some of the other reviews I did actually receive what I ordered and I’m quite happy with it overall, it’s definitely my pictures and I don’t think it’s a scam. I would say however that the communication from the company is poor and these are clearly manufactured overseas which is why the shipping seems to take ages. All in all it’s a nice item but I’m not sure I’d ordered again.

Fell into the trap of ordering from here for my other half- states it was due to be dispatched but no update since november. spoke to customer services who said they would help but when i provided my order details just blanked me. no present and wont even contact me back to ask for a refund. complete rip off dont purchase from this company- absoloute shambles

Still waiting on my delivery, ordered 30th november for a christmas gift. Shipping info was recieved on 2nd december and not shipped until the 16th of december. Customer service just says heres your tracking number so they are useless. Will wait a few more days and then get aim to get refunded by my bank.

Yes, it’s a scam. Should’ve read reviews. Just call your bank and get money back.

Fraudulent and a scam. Like many ads on Instagram. Pay for the product and it will never come. Only thing you can do now is file a fraud report @ ReportFraud.ftc.gov
