Fast easy ordering. The website has clear instructions and no hidden fees. The package was well wrapped and arrived with no damage. Very fast shipping.

The device arrived in excellent condition, although it was delayed due to the situation in the Middle East. But what matters to me is that it arrived. Thank you. The staff were very helpful.

The worst customer experience ever.

Package was returned back to them and instead of simply returning the money, the called ''old'' a 30 days order and told me to contact my card merchant for extra help.
Eventually i had to dispute the payment and of course i got my money back.

Very bad customer experience. I tend to wonder what would happen if service was ever needed.

Instead, the issue is that you could have proactively refunded the transaction the moment I reached out. Some might call your approach "playing dumb," but I consider it highly unprofessional. It is clear that without the initiation of a chargeback, you fully intended to keep the funds. Feel free to share any correspondence you wish; it will not change the reality of how this situation was handled.

On a final note, the circumstances surrounding how this order was placed are still under review. I strongly advise treading carefully before making any public assumptions.

I ordered my Honor Magic V6 Friday night and it was delivered Tuesday morning. It was packaged securely and the phone itself was in perfect condition.

I have bought Oppo Find N6 Global version and was delivered in 8 days (Hong Kong to the Netherlands).
Mo is an awesome person, answered all my questions in a very quick manner despite that we are in a very far time zones, he has a YouTube channel where he reviews all the phones he sells in the store.

I am grateful that such store exist to help people get their hands on a technology that is not available in their region.

Bought the X9 Pro, got it with no issues. Very happy that all taxes was paid, menaing little hassle with shipping.

Mo is the man! What a great company. Super professional and such a nice guy. A really great experience and a lesson in customer service.

Mo is great, very helpful, knowledgeable about the products he sells. Check his videos, non-biased and actually informative.

Purchasing across borders and technologies is neither simple nor necessarily safe.

But in this case, between a competitive price inclusive of all taxes, fast shipment where others had no stock or ETA, and Mo answering live chat at 5:50 AM their time before going on a run, I am stunned by how pleasant this was.

Oh, and the Leica Leitzphone (Powered by Xiaomi) rocks! Good bye Galaxy S25 Ultra.

The Mobile Marvel was an awesome experience, better than I could ever expect. I bought Honor Magic 8 Pro and I was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading many reviews I gave it a chance and you should as well! The phone is amazing, it was a smooth process with The Mobile Marvel and I got the phone in less than a week in Ontario, Canada. 5 stars are not enough, they deserve a hundred stars!
