This was my first time buying from this company, after importing phones from other websites for years.

I wanted to give The Mobile Marvel a try based on all the good things I'd heard in the tech community and I'm so glad I did.

I was totally astounded by the superb customer service from Mo.
He was extremely helpful, attentive and a great guy to talk to.

There was a slight issue with my order (completely beyond Mo's control), but he was on the case immediately and fixed the problem in no time.

I ordered on Thursday and had the phone delivered the following Tuesday which was extremely quick.

If you're looking to import a phone, I very highly recommend The Mobile Marvel.

You will not be disappointed. It really helps that Mo is so knowledgeable about mobile phones he's a top Dude.

His YouTube channel is also on point too.

Mohit over at Mobile Marvel runs a fantastic service, I was skeptical about buying from a small business overseas but his Youtube channel and his online presence on his website won me over.
The device arrived super quick in just 4 days to the UK, it was via a tracked FedEx delivery, and I was amazed at how fast the whole thing was, this website is legit and I am really glad I decided to go ahead with it! :D

Mo over at the Mobile Marvel not only got this item to us quickly before the holidays (within a week), but is trustworthy and helped put as at ease. Additionally, he had one of the best prices.

unfortunately, the shipment took longer than planned.

Long story short I had an issue with it being the first time using a new credit card and it ended up with two almost identical orders. TheMobileMarvel handled it supremely well. They noticed it and contacted me, confirmed it was the second order and sorted everything else out their end. Package arrived to UK in just 5 days inclusive of sorting the issue out. Fantastic work and cannot recommend the team enough. The fact they had a YouTube channel to watch as well just instilled more confidence in ordering a Global rom phone from outside the UK for the first time! Will be back in 4 years when I want my next phone or sooner if the unthinkable happens!
