Danny was really helpful in the showroom and was able to price match what i found online. Bonus with a doctors note i was able to buy without paying taxes! Charles and company did a great job of delivering and assembling chair. Absolutely glad i chose to modernback over other competitors

The service at modern back has been very good considering the circumstances of Covid. The one area I wish could of been better was to try to understand why I was buying one of these chairs. Ask my height, my foot size, my health issues. I did most of my own research but without being able to physically go somewhere local to try the many chairs I wish they would of been more pro active in getting me into the best chair for my needs. Fred was very friendly & Colin was good at following up during & after purchase. I highly recommend working with this group.

Charles and his helper were absolutely first class throughout the difficult installation. We are full time RVers and have a small entry door that they had to navigate. They did it expertly without a scratch or mark to the RV or chair.
Of course we love our KUMO and the painless install only enhanced the experience.

Tom and delivery crew were great, use the chair almost everyday researched chairs for 2 years, and was able purchase a chair right within my budget. The selection is large, so you can try out many chairs in the showroom, and you are not pressured into a sale. Would refer anyone here, good experience.

We recently purchased an Osaki Maestro from the Modern Back. Dan was excellent to work with and even provided support after the sale. We had a small issue after receiving the chair but with Dan’s help we were able to get an Osaki tech to come out and correct the issue. Very pleased with the service from the Modern Back. I was concerned at first about purchasing from The Modern Back because I live about 800 miles from the store but I am glad I chose them to make my massage chair purchase.

Chair is great. The white glove delivery option could have been better advertised as we did not realize the difficulty in putting the chair together.

The chair was ordered on 01/222021 and was supposed to be delivered on 03/09/ 2021.

Outstanding customer service I worked with Dan the sale associate and he was very patient, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted us on the best chair for our needs and never tried to up-sell and push us to a unwanted product. Additionally he always checked on our delivery status and assisted over the phone with any and all installation questions. This was our first chair buying experience and it was a wonderful one. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting one.

I had a great experience at The Modern Back. I was looking for a massage chair as a gift for my husband. Colin, Dan and Matt all helped my husband and I find the perfect chair. We took our time trying every chair they had visiting several times. They had answered all of our questions, no pressure to buying any specific chair just honestly helping us find the right chair for us. The Modern Back carry the highest end massage chairs. Additionally, Charles who delivered and assembled the chair was extremely polite and patient while my husband and I decided on the perfect spot to place the chair. The delivery showed up on time, everything was assembled, the chair was tested and they answered all of our questions. The delivery was a truly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this great team.
