Awful experience. Would stay away from this store. Sales person was rude after spending $12k+ on a massage chair. I told them to cancel my order but they just ignored me. Please do not do business with this business…

Bought an Osaki massage chair about a month ago. Customer service was excellent throughout the process. Have let several friends try it out and they have purchased one as well. My wife and I use it daily. Should of bought one years ago!!

Mark was very helpful in selection of the right chair and the pricing could not be beat! The chair arrived with the zero gravity function not working properly but they put me in touch with the Osaki support team and they came out and fixed it promptly. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!

found the Modern Back online as I was "surfing" for massage chairs. I came super close to ordering one on Amazon for $995.00 which I thought was a price I could handle. Add to that Amazon delivery within 10 days, I was almost there! Then the Modern Back ad came up about visiting their show room In Boynton Beach. About 40 mins from me. I called and Tom suggested I come down and try out several different chairs! I had never been in a massage chair really and didn't know what to expect.
Tom and Tonya were wonderful educating me on a totally new world for me. I am so glad I didn't get the one from Amazon...I have since read reviews about just curb side delivery, I had to put stuff together MYSELF and lots of those chairs break quickly and repairs are a nightmare!
The chair I selected at Modern Back was the PERFECT ONE FOR ME!  I was able to finance for only $169.00 per month and the WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY was sooo worth it! Those guys were a Kick, very professional but human and funny. Strong and very skilled at putting this beautifully complicated massage chair.together just where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the WHOLE EXPERIENCE of purchasing my best friend, (I named my chair Micky). I am a professional massage therapist and always 'give' massage. Now, Micky is a necessary part of my morning and every night before bed.

The chair is too big for me. I can get part way in and then I struggle to get my back on the back rest. I fall asleep in it within 4/5 minutes.

I officially named this chair Anesthesia because the first night (August 18, 2021) I put myself in a 15 minute auto program, I woke up 3 hours later drooling. I see a lot of people complaining that chairs do not reset to the original position when the auto program is done. This is so you can sleep in silly. This review will be long but worth reading. This is my second Osaki chair. I purchased the Pro Maxim in 2016 and lasted 5 years. Gave it to a family member as I wanted to upgrade to 3D rollers and more. Let's talk about sale and delivery first. $2699.00, NO sales tax, FREE shipping, Extended 5 year warrantee, FREE Threshold delivery service $99.00 value, thank you Colin. The 2 delivery persons carried this chair up 3 flights of stairs and brought it through my condo doorway. I did tip these 2 men $20.00 each. They deserved it. I talked to Colin who was there for me at the beginning of the purchase and he was very helpful. I did make this purchase on line using PayPal 6 months interest free. This chair is worth the money for many reasons. Heat works great and comes on fast. Blue tooth feature is great for streaming your favorite tunes. USB port for keeping cell charged. You can place this chair 2 inches from the wall. The foot rollers are a huge improvement and the sensor is great when the foot device retracts. Also, this chair is quiet and has 9 auto programs and I have tried all of them. They are all unique in their own way. 3-D Rollers is an upgrade from my 2-D rollers and you will notice the difference. The neck and shoulder auto program almost sent me into another dimension. I will say that Osaki makes a solid chair and they stand behind their product and they are always willing to help you. Great chair!

Tom and everyone at the Modern Back were awesome to work with , they took time to show me the different models and I chose the Daiwa Supreme hybrid massage chair . This is an incredible chair and does everything and more than I expected , quite a classy look also ! Looking forward to many years of relaxation pleasure from this excellent chair , thanks , Jeff M

So far we have had the chair for a few weeks and love it! Scheduling delivery was easy and flexible. The delivery people were GREAT! I would highly recommend The Modern Back and Tom Walls. On the chair, we love the calf rollers and foot massage as well as all of the other programs and full body. Great 3D and deep settings: gets into the muscles without feeling painful or robotic like some other chairs.
