Rita and the team have recently secured our mortgage offer and have exceeded expectations throughout the entire process.
As Iâm a contractor, I was unsure where to start but Rita expertly navigated every step and was an excellent, knowledgeable sounding board.
She supported us through our home search, always being tremendously efficient and responsive to queries from us and the agent. Weâre now awaiting our exchange date but recently had the lovely surprise of Vinay emailing to let us know that as mortgage rates had dropped, they had secured a better rate with the same lender, with no additional checks or work from our end at all.
