Bit sceptical about using online but very happy with the efficient customer service staff and helpful every step of the way made me feel at ease with everything

Helpful and responsive. Easy to deal with.

I spoke with Emily a few times regarding the quotes sent out to me, I was a bit sceptical about using an online service to begin with, however she explained the process in detail and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She even manged to give me an even more competitive price for conveyancing fees for the sale of my property than originally quoted. The whole process was very quick and easy with great service, would recommend to anyone.

Incredible service

Quick to take your money and go ghost on you after connecting you to a bad solicitor. They take as much money as they can and make Twice as much as they would pay the solicitor and yet offer no help to you afterwards.

They hardly don’t respond to email queries about pending agreement and transactions.

They are quick to pick the phone when you call perhaps because they think it’s a new customer but when you ask them to sort your issue they make 1001 promises and just disappear afterwards giving absolutely no help or feedback! Such a shame do not use!!
I will have to go to the financial ombudsman and my bank to get a full refund from the look of things. So frustrating!!

FRAUDULENT! Didn't provide the quotes I asked for, stole £150 from my bank account on top of the agreed deposit and won't respond to complaints.
Refused to return my money that was taken illegally from my account and refused to give me a refund when they failed to deliver a service. Did not tell me that the deposit was not refundable even if they didn't provide the service they said they would.
Managers refuse to talk to me and the complaint is unresolved 6 months later. Complaints department not replying to emails at all now. I'm about £250 down and received no service, no apology and no refund.

Saved me a lot of money on my legal fees and put me in contact with a great solicitor. The customer service has been great all the way through and they have really made the process simple for me.

So pleased with progress. This is a first for me and everything has been explained. All my questions have been answered in a timely manner. I have been kept informed and feel confident that everything is going according to plan. I feel free to ask anything and feel sure to get honest and informed advice. So pleased I chose this company to work with at this important and somewhat stressful time.
