Great experience. The advice service was very good and the site has so much choice, with helpful information about all the many nappies out there! There was a nappy missing from my order and I phoned to let them know. The nappy was sent out very quickly

So pleased with our bargain little lovebum quickdry nappies. Bought 3 in the sale and loved them so much (they really do dry so quickly) we bought some more a few days later! I like how slim they are and hoping they’ll be nice and straightforward for our childminder days. Also bought a totsbots nappy bucket which is just the right size for a big enough wash. Thanks! ☺️

A few days before a long-awaited holiday, I realised my period would probably arrive whilst I was away. Ordered a pair of period bikini bottoms. They arrived really quickly and fit well. They provided peace of mind whilst I was away and were suitable for light flow.

I found the nappy lady website had everything I needed to find out about reusable nappies and discover what I wanted through the questionnaire. I completed it twice, having discovered what my priorities were after the first time and doing more research. The response time to questions was quick and the information is very clearly presented. It is also very helpful to have suggestions of the extras that you need such as nappy bins, liners and a laundry bag for out and about. I was able to purchase everything I needed and am on day 2 of reusable nappies!

I went for the free delivery option and it came a lot sooner than I expected too, all carefully packed. Quality of the items is good.
