Hired newborn nappies - they sent them to me straight away so I could get used to them before baby was born but our 3 months hire doesn't start until baby due date. Excellent service.

I originally only ordered the washable fleece nappy liners but decided I wanted to also purchase the premium fleece/cotton washable wipes. I contacted The Nappy Lady who were most helpful and added the additional product to my order.
Delivery was very quick. I was given tracking details so I knew exactly when my parcel would arrive.
Both items are lovely quality and soooo soft. Lovely for my newborn granddaughter.

Fantastic customer service.
I had ordered the wrong nappy bundle after being confused on the website between pocket nappies and all in one with boosters (my fault). The website could be clearer, by having a photo of the inside of the nappies in the bundle and listing the boosters as an item in the list.

When I got in touch they confirmed that if I returned the pocket ones I'd ordered they'd send me the all in one ones. They were quick to send and I'm really happy with the nappies.

Looks a good Napoy/ changer bag but it’s for our daughter in law and she’s yet to have her baby to use it.
