It was a pleasure to deal with Tara this is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with her and I would highly recommend.

I cannot express enough the wonderful experience that I had with my session with Tara. Not to add Tara's warm, compassionate, clear, thorough, calm and confident voice throughout that gives you not only the belief in yourself but she completely allows you to be yourself and move through what you need to for yourself and your own growth.
Things happened after my session with Tara that i cannot explain and I know for sure that this was because of her and her help.
For anyone who is at a crossroads or looking for direction or not knowing themselves even what they need. Tara is just a phenomenal person and coach. I would recommend her as the number 1. If I could I would give her even more than 5 stars. Thank you Tara so so much again. Marie x

A wonderfully warm and welcoming space in which to navigate through the stages of space that you're currently existing in. An appointment with the Navigation Coach is a wonderful starting point. Tara is a top class coach and extremely professional in all facets of the consultation. She encourages and allows time to let the dust settle on the 'why'...(why you're sitting in front of her), and and above all she pinpoints key elements of your 'why' in order to develop and fine tune your next steps. She is incredible in the subtle exposure of a 'can-do' attitude through baby steps, no matter if you feel lost and without direction, or are on the top of your game and willing to learn and focus on a different vantage point through which to proceed in your one valuable and brilliant life. I would highly recommend Tara's valuable coaching as a gift to yourself. You'll also get a great cup of tea and a freedom to chat with someone that will make you feel like you are catching up with a close and trusted friend. She's just wonderful. Great quality and fast delivery

Tara provided me great help and support while providing me coaching. I took a lot from the experience it and she really helped me push through barriers of doubts, etc. to move forward to the next stage in my journey. Would highly recommend working with Tara.

Cannot recommend Tara enough. Helped me look at different aspects of my life in a different light and link different issues together to gain a better understanding of the reasons as to why I behave in certain ways. Highly recommend for anyone that may need a bit of direction in life and an understanding of feelings/behaviours.

Tara truly has a gift and is a pleasure to book in with to look for support on life's path. I adore her diary & rollerblend scents too. One line I've kept in my head since our chat was I do not need to find myself, I just need to help myself to have a better life 💚 It was a powerful meeting on zoom and it went right back to childhood to the present day. I would highly recommend booking in with Tara.
