This journal has been life changing! I have tried multiple journals before but nothing stuck with me like the navigation coach! I have been using it every single day and it has helped me to be more motivated, organised and disciplined! Thank you Tara for creating this magical journal ! 🫶🏻

I couldn’t recommend Tara enough! She offers the best advice and you instantly feel like there’s a weight off your shoulders after talking to her. Everyone needs to go to her at least once and see the difference it will make to your life

Tara is outstandingly great at her job as a coach. I have done years of therapy and I got more breakthroughs in one session than all of them combined. She cares so much and you feel it every second your with her. Highly highly recommend her.

I love Tara's branding and the love and care that she has obviously poured into her products. I bought the Life Compass journal and it came beautifully packaged with lovely little extra touches.
