Gave me the motivation to start!
I started the odd diet plan as I'd gradually been putting on weight during the pandemic/lockdown. I knew I was getting heavier, and to be quite honest, I knew what I needed to do to get back into shape - but I just couldn't find the motivation. This is where Eileen and her plan came in. The plan is a simple one, but makes you more aware of the calories that you're consuming, which in most weight loss plans, is essential.
Eileen is extremely motivational and supportive. The weekly picture of the scales that you take was another key driver for me in both motivating me and keeping me on track.
More than anything, I wanted something to prompt me into action; without a shadow of doubt, the plan is what pushed me into both eating more healthily and being more active: two key drivers for those looking to lose weight.
In terms of my journey, I'm a 6 foot male, and weighed 13 stone prior to commencing the plan on 30 July 2021. It's now 8 October, and my weight is down to 12 stone 2. So, nearly a stone in just over 2 months. I feel ill be at my target weight (12 stone) by next week.
I should add that you do need a level of discipline to achieve your goals, but the plan really isn't restrictive. More often than not, I'd eat off plan at the weekend, and then eat a more restrictive, calorie controlled diet during the week. Certainly seems to be working for me, thanks Eileen!

I started 5 weeks ago with Eileen and the support has been amazing! Iâve done loads of diets before and always quit with 2 weeks or lost interest. I have lost 17lb in 5 weeks and itâs amazing you can still have treats which I never thought would work, some days are hard but the support for Eileen and other members get your through it. Fantastic & easy to follow
I started this plan back in January and with the help from Eileen i have now lost a total of 31lbs and feel amazing. I did have bad days but as a new day would start i would just start over. Eileen is there always with advice, support and anything else you may need. The support from other Odd dieters is fantastic as they all share their stories and recipes. if you feel like you stuck and not moving forward then 100% get in touch and let Eileen work her magic.

This is an amazing plan and Eileen is amazing. She is always there if you have any questions or need information. She gives you meal plans and examples of what you could eat through out the day.
I messed up my first four weeks, totally my own fault so I started again. And I have never felt happier. Some people lose loads at the start and others like me it is slow and steady. With out Eileen's support I would not have lost the 7lbs in 2 weeks and I'm excited to see what the future holds.
The first week of 900 days are a little tough but stick with it, because it really is worth it.

The odd diet is not a diet but a way of life
The odd diet is a brilliant plan. Nothing is restricted and you donât feel like you are on a diet. I have tried so many other diets, which work for a short time but are not sustainable long term as you end up craving food you canât have. You can still have alcohol and the odd takeaway as long as you count the calories.
The 3 x HIIT sessions are an added bonus, not sure anyone else is offering that. Plus Eileen is a great motivator who keeps you on track. You feel part of a supportive family.

The odd diet plan is the best thing Iâve ever done! Iâm onto my third week now and Iâm loving it.. your not restricted with anything and can eat what you want within your calories. I have lost just over half a stone in two weeks. Eileen who runs it is brilliant and is there for support whenever needed. She also does HITT classes over zoom 3 times a week and it makes me feel so good after doing them.

Fantastic plan!!!! I've struggled for a few years with my weight, more so since turning 40 in 2016. I have always relied on slimming world and been successful in the past however, this was not working for me and I ended up in the depths of despair. I hated the way I looked and tried allsorts of faddy diets and failed. Fast forward to December 2020, I knew I had to do something that was sustainable, enjoyable and could become my new lifestyle that's when I came across Eileen's Facebook post about her Odd Diet Plan...hallelujah! Its not a diet at all, its calorie controlled eating ensuring you have the right portion sizes, yes there are compromises but if you want to lose weight there has to be!! I can enjoy all the food I love including treats but all in moderation. Eileen has been there for me 100% with her infectious enthusiasm, advice and support and because she has been on the journey herself she completely understands. There's fantastic group support and meal ideas so if you want to lose weight with superb 1 to 1 support try the Odd Diet Plan you won't regret it at all! ð
Where to begin....the ODD Diet
Where to begin. I have struggled with losing weight for most of my adult life. Iâve spent lots of money on the âwell knownâ plans, lost some weight with restrictions, no treats but always fell & out the weight back on. Support was okay but I always felt like it was more about the money and not the person (my honest opinion). I saw an advertisement for The ODD Diet and thought âgo on then give it a goâ I was under no illusions and wondered if this was another one of those plans. To say Iâve been shocked is an understatement, in 5 weeks Iâve lost 14 lbs and my mindset towards food has changed. No longer am I thinking âI canât have thatâ as Iâm on a diet which is normally how I feel and give us in the first day.
Eileen has been a great source of support throughout each week, sheâs there to talk to if Iâm struggling.
This isnât a diet, itâs a lifestyle change and shows you can still have the odd treat and enjoy food whilst staying in your calorie budget.

Itâs so easy to total your calories as all food tells you and easy to work it alongside an app. Eileen keeps in touch with you and encourages you all the way so youâre not alone. I started the odd diet plan 6 months after having my second child within weeks I was back.into my size 10 Jean's which I never thought I would be wearing again!! The plan was easy and flexible and I could still have my favourite tipple at the weekend without feeling guilty.
