It’s great to hear that, having tried several meal prep companies, you rate FuelHub among the better ones. We’re especially pleased you’re enjoying the taste, portion sizes, and the high protein focus, as well as finding the meal rating system easy to use, that’s something we’ve worked hard to make as seamless as possible.

We also really appreciate your constructive feedback. You’ve raised some very valid points around use-by dates, delivery handling, and packaging. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive meals with shorter shelf life than expected. As we don’t use any additives or preservatives in our meals, the natural shelf life can vary between dishes. We do provide the expected shelf life for each meal on our website prior to ordering.

Regarding delivery, we’re sorry to hear about your experience with DPD. That’s certainly not the standard we expect, especially when it comes to handling and leaving parcels. Your insight into how damage may be occurring is genuinely helpful, and we’ve passed feedback like this on to our packing team as we continue working on improving our packaging to better protect meals in transit.

It’s good to hear our support team has been responsive when issues do arise, though we also take your point on communication channels and automation, we’re always looking at ways to improve here too.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the chicken dishes. This certainly isn’t the quality we expect, and we completely understand how off-putting that must have been, especially when it became something you were anticipating. That’s not the experience we want any of our customers to have.

If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate you reaching out to our customer service team so we can look into this further for you so we know which meals you experienced this issue with. We take this kind of feedback seriously and are always working closely with our meat suppliers to improve our menu and ensure we’re consistently providing premium quality cuts of meat.

We’re sorry to see you go, but we do appreciate you giving us a try. If you ever decide to return in the future, we’d love the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience, again, please do let us know if you decide to do so and we'll see what discounts we can offer.

We’re sorry to hear that some of our meals didn’t align with your dietary requirements, particularly around saturated fat and salt levels. We understand how important it is to have clear, accurate nutritional information, especially when you’re working within specific daily limits.

All of our nutritional information is available on our website and packaging so customers can make informed choices prior to ordering. we also offer a wide range of meals with varying nutritional profiles, so there are options that may better suit lower saturated fat and lower salt requirements.

We’re sorry to hear that some of the meals didn’t meet your expectations.

We appreciate your comments regarding the salmon dish and understand that texture preferences, such as fish skin and sweetness, can vary from person to person. We also note your feedback on reheating, all of our cooking instructions are tested to ensure meals reach a safe temperature when followed, but appliances can vary, so slight adjustments may sometimes be needed.

We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to our food development team so they can take this into consideration when reviewing and refining our menus.
