The Off Grid Engineer - Online Store レビュー

Excellent service, even when things went a little awry with an out of stock item, I was quickly offered a free upgrade. Email communications were excellent. When you factor in the shipping costs, This site is a great place to buy solar panels. All my bits arrived in good condition and on time (although in multiple shipments).

Excellent service from start to finish. Dispatched extremely quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again 👍

Excellent service from start to finish. Advice was given from Nick before I purchased anything and delivery on materials was excellent.

Excellent service. Helpful advice 👍

Phenomal service. Speed and adapted the quote specifically for my needs. Highly recommended

Excellent advice and knowledge of products. Would use again.

I must say this was a great experience dealing with the company, sale went through without fault, continuous contact, hassle free delivery and quick as well and a product that is outstanding. Highly recommend this company for any product you need for off grid use.

Won a competition on Instagram and true to his word the prize was sent out the very next day.
Also, messaged me to say if I need any help with future purchases or advice then just to contact him.

Absolute pleasure to buy from this place, customer service was amazing and the products were also amazing would highly recommend for sure!

Well I used him once and said I’d use him again, I did so and said I’d use him again and I did so once again. I just wish I’d ordered everything together instead of three separate items but to be honest once again delivery was very quick and I’ll definitely use him again (hopefully I won’t have to) if I need anything else.

Nicholas has been a wonderful help throughout this process. His recommendations have guided me in the right direction as I begin to better understand how to build the electronics system in my van. Not only has he been responsive to my emails, but he's also adapted his recommendations as new information has come to light. Finally, Nicholas has been zero-pressure when it comes to making purchases through The Off Grid Engineer. I live in the US, and they are based in the UK, so shipping is steep, and I can't purchase everything Nicholas recommended. Despite that, he's continued to be helpful. This is a very easy 5-star rating to give.
