Excellent customer service. My order was for toric multifocals which were made to order so took longer than ordinary contact lenses. I needed them before I went on a holiday and The Optical Store kept me informed at all times and they arranged for next day delivery when my lenses did arrive. One very happy customer who received the said lenses on time.
