These shoes are not orthopedic as advertised—this is by far the worst footwear I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, I placed the order without checking reviews beforehand.
Shipping took over a month, and when the shoes finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. There is little to no cushioning, and they are far from the description provided. The shoes do not feel safe to wear.
I requested a refund, but the company instead offered that I keep the shoes at half price. Honestly, the quality is so poor that I would not keep them even if they were free. I requested a full refund but was told I would have to cover the return shipping costs.
This has been a very disappointing experience. I will be much more cautious with online purchases in the future and strongly recommend others research both the product and the company before buying. I sincerely hope I receive my refund. I hope PayPal can assist me in obtaining full refund.

Scam. This company now operates using the website OrthoHealthWalk dot com. The website and images are all AI-enhanced. The sandals I received are worth about $5, total garbage, no branding, no structure and were delivered flattened in a plastic bag. Their "no hassle" 30-day returns full refund guaranteed promise, doesn't tell you that you need to ship them back to China at your own expense. They also sent me long AI-generated emails peddling discounts instead of letting me continue with a return. FIVE emails later I finally got approved for a return and they gave me the address.. in China .. and said it was so expensive to send back that they were willing to give me a 20% refund. These shoes are crap, overpriced, misrepresented and if you look at Terms of Service (which I didn't cause who does that) on their website, they basically tell you they don't guarantee quality or stand behind the product at all. All that information should have been in Shipping & Returns. The part that really annoys me is I saw this as an ad targeting "elderly with balance issues." They looked so nice I bought them anyway for work. If anything, these things will kill your balance and break your ankles due to lack of support. These are terrible people.

UPDATE: Also found this online when I searched the name of the sender (this package came from Rancho Cucamonga CA, yet they want it returned to China):

The BBB has assigned an F rating to this entity.

SCAM, SCAM If I could give 0 stars - I would! I have never been so unsatisfied! Cheap shoes, bad quality and very uncomfortable. I have emailed customer service straight after I have opened the package to return the order. I was given two options 100 % refund but I had to send them back on my cost. Or 50% refund but keep the order. I have selected second option as I was not happy to pay for the package back to China. Two months later I still have not received my refund! Every time I send them an email they start my complain from scratch! SCAM SCAM SCAM

My trainers were prderd 9th January no trainers arrived but 2 payments were taken out of my bank I will phone fraud on my bank .

Over all: Foreign Scammers who do not honor their guarantee, TOO SMALL - size not to scale. low-quality, made of cheap plastic (not as advertised), uncomfortable, and don't match pictures, citing scam-like practices. I asked for an exchange. Here is the companies canned-text reply: "

When I didn't receive the shoes I ordered I contacted my credit card co. to get the charge reversed. It is impossible to get in touch with this company. The shoes arrived a week after this. I attempted to contact the company again to ask where to return the shoes. Again, impossible to get a response. Information regarding returns is almost non-existent.

I wear size 7, ordered size 8 - can't get my feet in them. NO arch support in spite of advertisement. sides are flimsy material which don't support the ankles. They offered a 10% refund in lieu of return and full credit.

Order 2 pairs of trainers sent total wrong size have tried to return them or get replacement offered me a reduction total unless and quality is very poor

Shoes are made of CHEAP material -- they are too wide even tho I ordered regular, and they are too short even tho I ordered my regular size. After reading all these reviews (should have read them sooner), I'm not even going to try to return them. $60 DOWN THE DRAIN.

I ordered from their website after reading their shoes fit wide feet. The shoes I received do not fit a narrow foot. When I contacted them for a refund, they offered a 50% discount on my next order or a 20% refund. Why would I order from them again when they dont fit. This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Do not order from this fraudulent company. They do not respond to customer service emails. They are nothing but a scam!!!

Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

The company is Asia based; 4+ weeks for shipment to arrive in the USA.

Shoes appeared to be nice quality; however, sizing runs small... by about US 1/2 size too small and narrow.

I emailed company requesting exchange or refund. After sending 2nd eMail (2 weeks after original), I was requested to provide photos of the shipping label, photos of the shoes inside, outside and bottom to prove not used. I sent 6 photos (2 pairs of shoes).

Next day I received an eMail from Oliver (customer service rep) informing me that they manufacture a quality product and sizing is correct. Insinuating that I must have ordered the wrong size.

The solution offered by customer service was for me to find someone to gift the shoes.

Needless to say, I am very dissatisfied with the service and insulted...

I waited weeks for the shoes to arrive. The plastic bag was left in the bushes. Good thing we found them. They look just like they were pictured on line however, they are so thin and certainty not orthopedic wear. There's no arch to speak of and no support because of the thin material. No sense in trying to return them after reading everyone else's problems. It will cost more 5han they are worth. Learn from all of us!! Oct.,2025

Ordered narrow shoes. Took a month to be delivered. No narrow. Website not operational - cannot return.
Do not buy shoes from here.

Cheap shoes took weeks to show up. No paperwork in bag. Return policy states to email them for an address to send them to, stating "Don't use the website address". I'm sure my money is gone.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. In three weeks I received these shoes. These shoes were not what I ordered had no size, name etc. with bad quality. I tried to return these shoes but couldn't because these is no communication (no phone). I sent emails on the web but didn't get any answer.
This is a bad fraud company from China and will take your money and send you poor quality shoes.
Please do not order anything from this company.

Quality control is lacking. Customer service is a non-event.
Do not purchase from this company/site.

Scam

I ordered a pair of shoes from them. They didn't fit. In spite of numerous attempts to contact them about a return, I seem to have dropped off the face of the earth after they got my money. Five attempts starting 9/26: no response. I suspect that this company is a scam.

This is a scam company. Poor cheap quality items and unable to return product as no return information and when emailed company kept getting run around. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Sandals described as being made from Italian leather were actually made from cheap vinyl. Email to customer service requesting return, response: send photos of product and shipping label so we can be sure it was from us. Sent them. Response: offer 15% of purchase as refund, and suggested gifting the sandlals to my friends or family who would be happy with such a gift.Really? Size 10 vinyl sandals? email: have complied with all requirements of return, want refund. response: you have to pay shipping and it's to China. In one of their responses they claimed their products were all of high quality and had been thoroughly inspected to ensure this--as though writing this made it true.
